Go to this Yakima link and enter your vehicle info. For Select Fit, look in the list for "Raised Siderails/Hybrid". That'll give you the info for the towers.

But in a nutshell, it's a pair of Baseline Towers with the BaseClip 175. I'm using 66" roundbars. If you use roundbars, you have to get the roundbar adapters for the Baseline Towers.

I was stupid happy that I could achieve a workable full-roof rack option without spending $1400 for an aftermarket rack and also re-using a ton of my Yakima stuff. I should have enough flexibility now to also position my Skybox 18 far enough forward to open the rear hatch completely.

Have you found the Baseline Towers to be solid/secure during heavy crosswinds? I have been using the crossbar set up from my 3rd gen (Q-Towers) above the doors to haul my outrigger canoes. The clips are an exact fit with only the pads being a very slight question as to fit. The only time the bar has moved is when experiencing heavy head/crosswinds (35+ mph) at interstate speeds. However, if the Baseline towers are a better fit, I might spring for the newer equipment. Maybe I'll take my current set up to REI to compare.

It is very frustrating when you can't transfer existing rack equipment between vehicles, which seems to be the case more often than not lately. :mad2:

I currently live in western Washington and I just had a set of the oem 17 inch sr5 wheels powder coated in gloss black. Each wheel was $70, so $280 for all four. Also had to pay extra to get the plastic center caps painted and cleared to match which was another $75. I see you are in so cal, when I used to live in San Diego I had an air tank for my air ride suspension powder coated at north county powder coating in San Marcos, ca. They did a 3 gallon air tank in gloss black for $40

I'd imagine this changes quite a bit by location. I'd just call the three nearest places and see what they price.

If I had to make a guess, I'd bet they will all be relatively similar.

Why not use OEM oil and filter? Just picked up 7 quarts of 0-20 full synthetic oil and an OEM filter from the dealer $51.00 said and done

swapped in a 1" factor 55 fairlead since my longer bolts arrived this week. the added thickness of the fairlead didn't allow the stock bolts to thread all the way through the nuts, so I needed to purchase longer hardware

Has anyone removed the silencers on the OEM intake tube and plugged the 2 holes? Or possibly found a replacement tube that doesn't have the silencers in it? Really not looking to buy a whole intake, just wouldn't mind a little growl from the intake.
