Haven't done much along the lines of mods yet...so I'll hold off on creating a build thread for right now.

BUT:

Wife was working today, it rained today and has rained the past 4 days, so I went for what I knew would be a fun solo adventure into the Lincoln National Forest out here in NM.

First, Steep Hill Road...

Tires started spinning and digging in, so I hopped out to find a new line.

Crawling and splashing through the mud in the Lincoln National Forest:

Almost got stuck in the mud out where this guy was...Crawl Control got me out!

Last part, Horse Ridge, right on the edge of the forest land.

Installed the Pro Clip hard wired iPhone mount. Video when in the mount is pretty shaky but i like it otherwise!

Try a time-lapse app, I have found time-lapses are far less shaky than movies in my android mount.

I used two of those and 2 1" quick fists and some 1/4" alum plate. I kinda wanted it to be quick disconnect, but didn't exactly turn out quick. The clearance is pretty close to the roof line so I might put a strip of the clear bra vynl stuff. Overall I'm happy how it turned out. I also had a omg wtf moment after I mounted it.........about a year ago I started pulling my rockers to trim and make sliders. First removal I lost one stainless screw the holds it on, searched the gravel for hours! Well last few days it's been raining cats and cats, just enough to expose that lil guy!!! Sunday win!

Spent the morning out in the woods near the base of the local mountains....looking for some wood cutting spots this fall.

Saw lots of deer, and a few fawns in different groups.

Hiked a bit, but a gnarly storm was coming in so we popped smoke and went home.
