Picked up my JBA UCAs from powder coating. I ended up going with a gloss black since the owner and I couldn't find anything that matched the yellow used on my OME suspension.

I just added those to my trail a few hours ago
Returned from a 1300 mile fishing trip to Tahoe/Eastern Sierras. The fishing was great, landed some nice browns and brookies... broke off on a 10+ pound brown that will haunt me forever.
Sunrise on Grant Lake.
Short cut to the best fishing lake in the Eastern Sierras. When I was here opening day this water passing was raging and a lot of the ground was frozen on the drive in. It thawed and on the drive out two locals were stuck blocking the road so I had to trail blaze to get out.
Also would like to sadly note that I was told (Ricks Sports Center) the Laurel Lakes 4x4 trail is now *closed* at the meadow. The last section has some narrow, sketch, steep shale and a Dr. drove off the side last year. These are golden trout lakes you could literally drive into, I have. Now one must hike the last few miles. This year may not be worth it but in the past I have caught fish up to 20" on the tape.

BEAUTIFUL fish. Where was the Brown from? I did Laurel Lakes last year and it was tough. I saw the spot where the doctor rolled it. He was the new ER Doctor in Mammoth too. I hope you left me some fish. We always fish Grant.

Hugged my T4R. Went to Maui for our anniversary and rented a Jeep. Wish they had 4Runners. Jeep was T4R appreciation. After pointing out every T4R I saw on the island my wife asked, "Are you going to hug the 4Runner when we get home?" Yes I am. At least we got to drive to some great places. But that Jeep was a pile.

Took the family camping this weekend in the Mt. Hood wilderness and got the lines wet. Caught about 50 rainbows and brooks, all catch and release, except for this brute. Caught him on a Tactical angler chartreuse spoon early morning after running out of Powerbait on the last day. Great way to end the trip.

Flexed my new BP-51 Suspension and JBA UCA's
I finally got a little off-road time in northern Colorado on some fire roads which ended in a tight ATV trail with a few mild berms and rocks. It was good to finally experience how well the OME BP-51 lift and suspension worked in these conditions. I am pleased with the results and look forward to taking the rig on a few more challenging trails this summer.

After a few dozen quarters in the self-serve car wash, good news the skunk smell is gone. I now have pink eye, tho... or maybe early rabies. Probably unrelated.

Anybody else's tail wiggle around a bit? what did you do to stop it?

It does wobble, but I don't worry about it, can't really hear it. If you have a tight hitch pin it may not be so loose, but those hitch pins that fit snug are a PITA themselves, I prefer at least some slack so its easier to use. But yes, my Beaver Tail fits a bit loose as well.
