Finally! Now I am ready to buy, they look 100x better with the shrouds installed.

Installed the snorkel I bought through the Total Automotive Performance group buy.

It was a fun and painful install since I couldn't get the fender liner all the way off. Lots of little cuts and scrapes.

Hello 4runner community. I am an ex-jeeper that got tired of the problems. I loved that thing but needed something way more reliable. Been lurking for a long while with doing my research.

Just picked this thing up and I love it so far. I had plans to buy the TRD offroad but they sold it before I go pick it up. But this allows me to go with an ARB air locker rather than the stock E-locker.

I have plans on locking the rear diff and doing the lift/tire/bumper stuff down the road.

Tried to get some after pics to show you... Hard to tell really without anything to contrast with. I'll have some better pics next Monday once they're actually mounted on our MGM Runner.

This is after dry sanding, primer, 2 coats of Rustoleum Metallic Flat Soft Iron (geeze, adjectives much) and 3 coats of Clear Gloss.

1. Installed King shocks and Total Chaos UCAs and rear link kit.
2. 305/70/17 Ridge Grapplers
3. ARB front locker and compressor.
4. Finally mounted my MaxTraxx
5. Threw in an awning.
6. Snorkel.
7. Bought a Crux Expedition Trailer.

It's a Limited, so I've got the stock 20's on it. No idea why a 245 width wheel on a 20" rim made sense to Toyota...

What's nice about the Crux trailer is that there are no options...everything is included (tent, awning, solar setup, camp kitchen, electrical, water tank, lights, etc). I couldn't tell you the specifics on the solar setup, but the guys at Crux said it's equivalent to a Yeti 1250 setup.

Wow! Those things are awesome and look really well built and spec'ed out!

Thinking of going the RTT route with the 4Runner, an offroad, expedition style trailer, or a more conventional travel trailer towed behind my Ram.

RTT and a nice roof rack are definitely the cheapest route, but that doesn't net you a full "setup" regarding storage, cooking, etc. Which by the time you buy drawers, fridges, and everything else, you're probably closer to the tow-able options.

Well this past saturday I attempted to perform the BMC on my 4runner along with a friend who has a welder and completely effed it up...not happy about it but nothing I can do about it now but cover it with Rustoleum and move on lol

Got my SCS Ray 10s on Falken Wildpeak AT3W 265/70/17.

I have had these tires for 7 months and put about 8,000 miles on them. You should be very happy with them. I just did my first OL trip on them last week and they did fantastic in some pretty sloppy conditions.
