I did mine recently. I think it can be done in as little as 30min and 45 to an hour if you're taking your time.

How long did it take you to swap them out?

Longest part was probably taking the bumper off being it was a first time for me and I didn’t want to snap anything. Though you can apparently do it without taking the bumper off.

After that it was super easy. Unbolt the current ones, bolt in the new ones. Plug it in and put the bumper back on.

I’d say total time it probably took me an hour tops. Probably could do it in 35-45 now that I know how easy it is to take the bumper off.

I drove for over an hour trying to find some 2track roads that we used to drive on. Instead all I found was paved streets and private driveways! Jeeez it's only been 30 yrs. or so.

Icon Stage 2 installed today. 285/70/17 Duratracs. Next on the list are wheels. Rides good but the steering doesn't seem quite right. Steering doesn't want to return to the center like it use to. My lifted Tacoma didn't have this issue..... I didn't get the alignment spec. May need to ask for it.

I made some tabs that install behind the cargo area garnet hooks.

Didn't feel like spending the money on the fancy FJ d-rings, so I made my own version.

Get some UCAs. Caster will help with the return to center.

Yea, it is pretty steep. I, too, ordered a cheap led lantern from Amazon for my RTT. It also acts as a power bank for my phone to charge off of. Works for my needs.
