Looks awesome! Are the Backbone bars steel or aluminum? Are you noticing a major MPG difference?

Looking at this or the Front Runner Slimline II. I like how low profile the Pioneer trays are.

Can't comment on MPG's as of yet. FWIW - the wind noise is barely noticeable.
and yes...the entire unit is aluminum.

Plasti-Dip + Amber + ???

My anti chrome campaign is finished! I plasti-dipped the rear chrome lettering and added amber markers.

Now for wheels/tires --- suggestions? I'm not planning on a lift or other suspension mods.

No I don’t I just noticed that in the pictures. The ones from yesterday I was at the top of my apartment parking deck that’s empty to put the badge covers on then moved it back downstairs. The one today was just where the tint shop pulled it around when they were done. I promise I’m not one of those people lol

Not specifically a 4Runner mod but I did use it on multiple trips to the DMV. So after those trips and several inspections at home I was finally able to get my M416 titled. :thumb::thumb:

Now if I can only find someone to build a lid for this thing we will be in business next camping season. ray:

Drive my wife to the ER yesterday evening. That's the second time to the ER in a month and third time to the hospital since early September. Fortunately this time didn't require being admitted to the hospital. Possible kidney infection -- a round of antibiotics should take care of it.

I'll be glad when I finally get a chance to do something FUN with my 4Runner again.

Awesome! With all the other 4Runners in the area I knew there must be at least one other member on here! Can't say I recognize the red 2012 off the top of my head, but I'm sure I'll see you around :cheers:

Yesterday installed my Prinsu 7/8 roof rack and my arb awning awning. I really like the design of the awning brackets. Loosen some bolts and you can pop the awning on and off rather easily. No need to drive around with on all the time.
