De cluttered my dash of charging cables and ran this one up behind the radio and out the vent. Just two non-noticeable holes, one above the cigarettte lighter and one deep in the vent...
Also mounted a Samsung Galaxy A6 7” to run Gaia GPS with a ram mount. Drilled into the gray piece right under the passenger airbag light beneath the temp knob.

Used a whole bunch of fancy zip ties and drilled some screws into my car.... first ARB part, yay!
Vs non weather resistant zip ties??

Drove way to much this weekend
Headed up to bishop after work on Friday with the girlfriend and our male GSP 3.5 hour drive, rolled into bishop around 10:30. Met up with one of my co-workers and her niece and her husband. They all have jeeps but have never really wheeled with them so I lead the way. Really wish I could of stayed another night so I could drag them thru last chance on the way home haha
Woke up around 7 on Saturday packed up the truck got some food then hit the trail. We aired down at Laws and took silver canyon road all the way up to the Ancient bristle cone forest. The trail head sign rated it "difficult" but that had to be one of the easiest trails I've done. Nothing technical just a couple tight switchbacks and shallow water crossings and at the peak your 10,500 ft in elevation.
Got to the bristle cones and me and the pup hiked 5.5 miles which was fun found the 3rd cabin and mine shaft. Then aired back up and the jeep crew wanted to take the road back but that was 20 miles back to the 395 then you have to back track to Bishop. So we went our ways they took the road and we ended up taking the trail back down ended up making it done in about 30 minutes. Then headed straight to get some BBQ in bishop ate then rolled home.

Benelli was not impressed since our usual hikes include somewhere he can swim

Bristle cone
Woke up early Sunday and drove 2.5 hours down to Laguna Nigel and picked up a new bike. Then stopped at bass pro on the way home. Boring Sunday but saw a couple 4runner's on the road on the way out there.
