Mine just saw it’s first snow too. My first time driving in snow since I can remember. No surprise, snow in Atlanta lead to gridlock traffic and even worse drivers. I was surprised at the amount of people honking horns and trying to fly by people. I get it’s not the end of the world but a lot of people have nearly no experience driving in this, myself included. You northerners on here would laugh at how we handle snow :lol:
Snow was heavier than i expected, I was slipping around on a couple back roads but nothing too major. The traction control in this truck is LOUD. Kinda spooked me at first lol.

With adequate planning/foresight they will spray the major roads here in N GA down with brine and/or drop crushed gravel. We don't get severe snow/ice enough here to justify large expenditures in snow-clearing equipment so when it does happen they do what they can, we just make due, and tend to stay off the roads. And don't forget the bread and milk.
Side note - super happy with how the truck handled today. Passed lots of cars in ditches, medians, or broken through fences. Never felt anything but confident behind the wheel.

They usually do unless it comes in the middle of the day while everyone’s at work/school. Then everyone hits the road to go home at the same time and it backs up.

Same here! Performed flawlessly lol.
For those unaware, Texas just got hit with snow last night and it was awesome! Made my first snowball that I can recall and threw it at the 4Runner!

Finally got the parts I need to swap my speakers in and my new HID headlight kit, but it's too damn cold to work on the truck. Need to clear out junk so I can get my garage back :yell:

French Toast Emergency
well it's happened, we have a level two French Toast Emergency here in New Hampshire, so naturally I'm going snowboarding tomorrow!! Excited to see how the new 4Runner responds in the snow, looking like it'll be about 3" so not too big. It's the first real snow of the season though so I am also counting on people acting like fools, should be an entertaining experience

I replaced my 15 SR5 with an 18 TRD Off Road. Plan to put my N-Fabs, int. LED’s, HID lo-beams, and LED Fogs in over the weekend. Had them take the crappy grandtreks off and put my Cooper AT3’s on instead. Super happy!

My 4r got its first taste of snow in Cumming, GA as well. Had to go rescue a stranded friend from the grocery store, and pulled some kid out of a ditch on the way back. The 4runner performed great in the few inches of snow. 2wd with trac/esc off for fun, and 4hi to actually drive.
