What did I do?

Last weekend I installed my SSO bumper and Smittybilt X2O 10k winch. I had been waiting to do the "final" adjustment on the coilovers until after this weight was installed. Anyway, got the co's adjusted, took several trips over speed bumps and went to a parking lot each time (flat) to do level check measurements, really happy how even everything is! Almost 3" lift up front, and the front is even, along with the back. Still rake with 2" Icon springs in the back. Went to Harbor freight and bought a nice inexpensive punch / chisel set. The 3/8" punch was PERFECT for the adjustment on the 2.5" Icon co's. The spanner that I had wouldn't work, the resi hose was in the way. And the kit was $12 for 12 pieces.

Today I am drying my headlight out. Grrrrrr...

And tomorrow it gets dropped at Firestone to do the alignment!

Passed 13,000 miles. Then ran over some guys skateboard. He and his friends were filming some cool skate moves on some stairs by a busy city street and his board got loose after he fell.

Been there. Done that. Back in October.

I was following a GX470 that had 2-3" lift over my stock suspension. My friend told me not to follow over the Ham radio but unbeknownst to me, the battery had gone dead so I didn't hear him. I put the differential between a rock and a hard place. Had to put rocks under the rear wheels to get out.

Otherwise it was an interesting trip through BLM lands. It's sad how much non-degradable garbage and shell casings there are out there from all the knuckleheads using bottles and metal trash for targets.
