I installed jdm star led reverse and fog light bulbs. I also did the H9-H11 upgrade. Big difference in light output for all.

The problem with that is you still have to fix the bumper cover, because no rear bumper i’ve seen goes up that far.

The problem with that is you still have to fix the bumper cover, because no rear bumper i’ve seen goes up that far.

I would think you could find a rear bumper cover from a salvage yard to cut up for the metal rear bumper install for cheap, maybe even in the stock color. If not you could paint it in a matching black to the new steel bumper. In the long run, it might be cheaper than replacing it multiple times after 4x trips. If anything, you should definitely have some peace of mind that you shouldn’t have to deal with something like this again. On my last outing I drug mine multiple times ( didn’t pop it off) but had me considering a steel bumper afterwards for that peace of mind.
