Over inflated, under inflated, bald, pulled a nail and plugged It at one point, could be a lot of things. Was it ever plugged? What was your tire pressure? What was the condition of the tire? How old was the tire?

15 months old/ 25k miles. Never a plug. 41psi.

in the books with the MX Hauler and KTM hanging off the back of the 4Runner. Some squat, but not enough to worry about IMO. And a pic of the 4Runner back home unloaded.

Possibly a nail in the tire of broken belt or possibly just a defective tire. Chances are a defective tire wouldn't have lasted that long though. I would look over the other 3 very closely and check for any signs of defect or pending failure.

Yeah, I made it the other 90 miles home. Plan on replacing them with K02’s. I was never able to get them balanced properly either, tried maybe 7 times. *

Finally got my winch, LED’s and bumper installed. It’s an adventure doing it solo. I’ve been wiring the batteries all week, so at least it was a break from that.

I was actually about to just upgrade my plasma cutter and make my own. But, I found this one in the “scratch and dent” section. I save $700 because the corner was bent a little. So, I couldn’t pass that up, plus no wait time. It also softened the blow of the anal rape that they call, “shipping charges”.

All in all, I like the bumper. But, the side protection isn’t great at all. I will be adding some steel there, when I figure out what will look and work the best.

Install went smooth overall. A couple of delays since I have the ARB pump were the SC coolant reservoir is supposed to go and a winch were the SC coolant pump is supposed to go. Found a place for both of those. Install took about 18hrs total with those delays. The difference is amazing! It definitely has an edge to it, way more initial torque even with light throttle. The rig feels like it should! Especially with all the weight I've added and most likely will continue :zoom:

Yes, thats the brand, Metaltech4x4. There’s things that I like about it and things that I don’t. I got a killer deal on it, keeping in mind that I may change a few things. I definitely like the way it looks, but I will be modifying it to suit my needs.

Nice! I love my CVT, but I’ve always liked that the Yakima is just a little lighter, or more tent like.

Yea I love the weight and ease of use! Mattress is surprisingly extremely heavy duty and comfortable. Yakima goes out of their way to make installation easy for the majority of people (with basic cross bars), but it has been a bit more complicated with my rhino rack pioneer platform

Ya, that’s the fun part. You have to either teach your 9 year old how to use a Gear wrench, while hanging off a ladder, or just leave it up there.

Hit the back way to Crown King for the first time. Fresh rain made for a fun mud trip. Also saw this poor guy left behind with a broken ball joint/LCA? Hopefully they get it fixed soon :/
