I believe its the rear hatch mod where you can open the rear hatch from the inside. Someone sells a kit to do this.

Forgot to post this last week in the hullabaloo that is our lives at the moment. Putting our home up on the market and having to battle the elements at the same time is draining.
On the plus side, I absolutely love driving her in the snow. Everyone else in the valley freaks out and decides to smash headlong and heel-sideways into each other the moment some white fluff starts falling.
Me? I'm just chugging along gripped to the ground.

lol that thing drove me nuts. I didn't buy my 4R because I cared about gas mileage. It's also distracting as hell flashing at night. I get 14.5-15.0 MPG and i'm fine with that.

NICE! That's a rough level at or after 3pm! I play level Grand Ave NB from 43rd AVE to Peoria... only cause 10 WB to 101 NB is WAAYYY to hard a level right now with construction mode turned on.

I love it too. Not that I care about the gas cost (gas price here is about 5 bucks per gal) or polar bears health, but just for fun. After I reset the mpg counter I'm playing to get one decimal up. Then one more. Then one more....
And when it drops my goal is to bring it up. So much fun. More than PlayStation.:rofl:

Haha, ya I can care less about the $. I get so mad when I have to smash on it to stop someone from getting past me after seeing them drive like an A-hole and cutting others off. Basically resets everything I did for the day :wacko:

Assuming that you're talking about a Michelin LTX M/S, you're talking about two very different tires here. One is a dedicated road tire, the other is an All Terrain. They're not even close to the same type of tire so they're going to meet different criteria and as such perform very differently.
A better comparison would be the Michelin ATX to the BFG KO2, but they're still very different tires.

Yep that's with the 700lbs coils. Those pictures were right after the install so they've settled a little bit. Once it gets a little bit warmer in Alaska I'll get back under there and even the front and back out a little.
Compared to the OMEs with medium coils they are much softer, which is nice because I DD my 4runner. It's nice for my commute but I have noticed when I turn my wheels and hit a bump backing up I'll rub on the body mount (no BMC). It's only when I hit the bump with my foot all the way off the brake and the wheels turned, and it's not even a bad rub but my OMEs never did that. But I'm really happy with the Icons so far. I'll really get to test them when I get the time to do some glacier runs.
