The black accents look so much better than the sliver on the trails. I wish i could change mine out. Why did you need new rims? I thought that was stock on the TRDOF?

I didn't I just got one more, the spare didn't match... I like the spare to look the same as the regular, also now I can do a 5 tire rotation, all the wheels and tires are the same. So I waited for the "5th rim" to come in then bought 5 new tires today. My wallet is pretty close to $1,700.00 lighter but man I am happy about it.

The molle panel is made by Hazard 4, and I just used some self tapping screws and washers to mount it to the seat. The screws r pretty small so if I ever took it off the holes would b very hard to notice.

Installed the AJT Injection Fob on my spare. Definitely a pain to get the security chip out. I used a hair dryer, needle-nose pliers, and some razor blades. It took about an hour, but probably because I was babying it to avoid bricking my chip. I can imagine it would be faster with a heat gun and tin snips.

I had no idea the state parks were 40 and 70 a night to tent camp. That's crazy and people pay it!! We didn't and I'm glad, it made for an awesome weekend and great video too!! Here are some pics.

Threw on some Motormic shackles this weekend... recommend getting the 8 pack of Daystar rubber washers to limit clanking.

Yes I know they are afixed to the shipping tie downs... but they look cool

So... How do you like them? the ST Maxx are on my list in 275/70/17 against the BFG AT KO2's

They're great, clear mud really well, good traction on over slick rocks, and still behaved well on the highway after.

Question... Not sure but I always thought those weren't rated as recovery points. Those are only there for tie-downs when cars cross the ocean.

Yeah one part! Also included the bar that is needed that is different than the limited one also the mud guards. Got really lucky on this one. Was scouring facebook marketplace and it was an hour away from my brother and 9 hours away from me. Had my brother secure it for me to get. It was a steal for $400 and brand spanking new. I will have to get it painted to the blizzard pearl so that is an extra cost and also picking it up sometime will suck.

I don't know about yanking out of a mud bog, but the manual talks about them as being usable for emergency towing.

If a tow truck is not available in an emergency, your vehicle may be temporarily towed using cables or chains secured to the emergency towing eyelet(s).

If you are worried about it I'd use both at the same time.
