New TRD PRO wheels from toyota of dallas came in the mail today along with black rear emblem covers and weathertech floor mats. Now just waiting on tires to come in the mail.

Got mine real clean...

Had the dealer appointment to apply the Cilajet inside and out...clear bra...and a couple of other things.

For those on the fence about Cilajet - I got them to throw it in and I'm glad I did. Holy cow, that stuff transformed the interior - looks shiny and beautiful - let's just hope it doesn't wear funny and lasts.

The exterior looks equally glossy and let's hope the stuff does what it is supposed to do. I hope it helps mitigate the sun damage over time on the exterior rubber and paint. We'll see.

Next, waiting for Magnuson to call me back...I think a supercharger is in my future. :redbrick: :guitar3: :cheers:

Lift parts showed up.

SPC UCA, wheeler T13 springs and 5100’s all around. Also picked up the diff drop kit but won’t install unless the angle bothers me after lift is done. Going 2.5 in the front and 1.5 in the rear. Will install on Friday.

[Friggin Idiot]

Botched an install on the URD Y-pipe and Mk3 3" Stainless catback exhaust. It's on, and driveable, but has a leak the the front of Y-pipe on both sides. Stripped one of the bolts on each side at that junction, so the Y-pipe isn't fully in place or sealed. Dropping it off at a shop Monday to have them fix it for me, should have just let them install in the first place. :ybrick:

Also got popped for speeding, I've been due for one, and it was deserved.

Did my regular 5000 mile oil change. Threw in a magnetic drain plug because why not. Used this plug, nice fit, used the OEM seal washer rather than the one that it came with. I'll keep an eye on it over the next few days just to make sure it doesn't start to leak but so far so good.

Got my AVS Aeroskin bug shield in.
My front end is now blacked out(unless i do my lights). Plastidipping still needs work, but it’ll come. I’ll do the bad spots again in some free time.

Anyone know if i can heat up that adhesive and adjust the bug shield? It’s not quite at the edge of the hood.

My front end so far. Need a black LP and Bracket, ha.

Edit: I also would chalk this up as intimidating and a pain in the arse. I did mine in the driveway with a dremel, a step-up drill bit, and some 3M tape (I didnt drill the A-pillar). It took some effort, but I wouldnt want to do another install anytime soon.

Let me know how that 3M works, I've been putting off installing mine all week cause I really don't want to put holes in the A-pillar

I lucky only have a 7 hour drive to MOAB and I get to drive through Flagstaff, Mexican Hat, and Valley of the Gods to get there .

What size are your current KO2s?

275/70R17 KO2s installed height is 31 inches, new they advertise them at 32.2 BFGs always run small. The 285/75R17 KO2 are supposed to be 33.9 tall but a member here who is running them measured them at 32.8 inches. That’s why most people who install 285/70R17 KO2s don’t rub the body mount.

I installed my CB radio. Took me about 45 mins. But it's a quick solution because the antenna is on the roof rack and is pretty damn high. I know for sure that i'll have great signal though.
