Got the truck all back together on Monday after the JL sub and amp install, here's a few pics of the finished product with the pocket removed. Still searching for the stock JBL trim panel, if I can't find one by spring then I will be fabricating some kind of trim panel, but for now I'm just happy to have everything installed and working correctly. Here's a few pics of how it fits in the stock panel after I removed the pocket to fit everything.

After I put the third row seat in and mounted the brackets for the Molle storage panel. I added the JL speaker cover as a bit of a finishing touch but also to help protect the dust cap from things sliding around until I can get a better more permanent trim piece

And here's the speaker with the Husky rear liner, it actually covers up most of the stuff I didn't want exposed which is nice

And here's the rear all reassembled and put back together.

And here's a pic of the amp all plugged in and screwed down under the passenger seat. With the seat back it's not visible at all and is completely stealth which was the goal.

And I finally was able to install my second Rago Fab Molle storage panel with paper towel dispenser finally.

With paper towels, I actually had to raise the holder up because it was blocking the wheel well pockets and wouldn't turn properly with a full roll, but I like it

Thanks! I got it on Amazon, the holes line up perfect with the Molle panel, and it's powdercoated black. Only 8 bucks too

I definitely need to get the rest of my gear mounted to the molle panels. I've been waiting till I got the second panel up. Maybe I'll get some more stuff mounted up this weekend.

Nothing exciting. Just replaced a burned out driver side front lock actuator. And replaced license plate bulbs with LEDs.

With an external engine cooler and the right rear suspension you'd probably be fine.

Finally got around to getting my lift and tires installed. Went with a 3" Rough Country and 285/70r17 Ridge Grappler. No BMC and no rubbing even when flexed. Rides even better than stock. Pictures don't do it justice.

Coupla things this afternoon

Installed ARB Diff breather to rear and front diffs. Will add trans as well once I get an adapter for the line. Found a nice spot on the dual pump. Keeping the ARB stuff together lol.

Also installed a much needed fire extenguisher. This is the Maxout 1lb Dry Chem. Found a great spot below the front of the pass seat. Lifted carpet to check for wiring, nothing there, just some metal and the rear vent running under it. Had some short self tap screws lying around so that worked great!

Funny now I just keep my air up/down gear on the floor vs nice and neat in the back. Saves a step opening the rear up. Getting lazy!

Excited for Friday

I just purchased a 2018 TRD Offroad Premium in white.

Purchased Procomp wheels, Toyo Open Country tires, and a leveling kit. Gets installed on Friday!!!

Kept wheels and tires at stock size cause I'm not looking to do major rock crawling, however I wanted something that would give me more ability in the dirt and some more clearance in the front.

The lift is the Cornfed 1.5” front and 1” rear for the Pro. You can buy them direct or through Burtman Indistries, he’s here on the forum.

It looks like its $169 straight from Cornfed but $250 for Burtman. Do you know of any differences between the 2? Thanks!
