Pull the tab on the front bumper side of the cover and hold it will pulling up from the passenger side front tire side of the cover and it should come off. Did it today and installed the filter. Easy squeezy

Needing some guidance...
Currently driving the '15 Limited and was looking to get new tires. Now it has escalated into looking at trading for the '15 TRD pro. The Pro has 2k more miles and is a Pro...I'm wanting to possibly change out the wheels and basically make it into the Pro. Help me out please!
I'm not going to be busting through mud/snow every day or every weekend, but I want to have the freedom to do so whenever I want. I know the limited could/can handle probably anything I put in front of it. Is it worth the trade or just do the upgrades?
