Yeah i did it. You can see the cut in my post before yours. On a side note I know the cement runner you posted haha
Here you go...ignore the electrical tape at the top of the bumper - i only did that while the adhesive under the trim was drying
I also painted the washer fluid bottle black so it's not such an eye sore

Took a trip into Arkansas then Oklahoma. Had to cut it short due to weather. I was really impressed with the truck. We were surprised by a steep stair step section while going up a trail. I stuck it in 4lo and just let her eat her way up. Tires weren't even aired down, she just did the work.

What are you using for roof rack cross bars?

LFD Offroad cross bars. Sometime in the summer I'm going to order the 7/8ths rack.

Had vibration issues in the steering wheel and it was pulling to the right all the time. So my beautiful morning was spent 4 hours at Toyota. The service guy said that it looks like it never had an alignment done on it. Wonderful. That was yesterday but I still have the steering vibration so guess who is having to go back on Monday? :wave:This guy.

Alignment issues never cause vibrations, sadly most technicians don’t know this. More than likely a wheel/tire issue. Request a road force balance to find the low/high spots on the tires or if you have a wheel out of round.

...Over the last month or so, I have been workin on the platform to put onto my crossbars......
...It is only 1-foot wide, as I have a Yakima roof-box that will fill up the rest of the space up there...
...I built it outta leftover 3/4 plywood from my sleeping-platform, topped with a 1x12 plank.....gluing them together, After 5 coats of clear Polycrylic sealer...Then I sealed the edges with silicon...multiple coats...then painted the entire thingy with 5 coats of matte-black acrylic outdoor paint.....
....and then....put non-skid strips on the upper surface....and bolted it down to the LFD Ruggedized cross-bars.....
...I did, however...have one...Oh, Shit! error in my planning!..
...Ya see, I started doing all the measuring and cutting, etc...BEFORE my long-awaited Gobi-Ladder arrived...so once I installed the platform on the roof...I tried to open the rear-hatch....and found I could not cos the ladder was hitting the rear of my platform....so in one of the pics you can see just how much I had to hack off...and reseal and paint!.....DOH!...best laid plans, eh?!...:shrug:

Got my Rago racks installed. Now to get my most used gear out of the boxes on the left and onto the racks.

Thanks! Sorry for the delayed reply, busy week at work.
I checked out a couple shops in the area and was most comfortable with Toytec. A few of the shops seem to "only know what they know" and kept trying to push me towards a few specific products they sold and didn't seem to have knowledge of others. Their lead times also weren't anything absurd like a month+ as some of the others, I think I got in there in a week. I'll plan on going there again for sure.
