How many miles do you have on your 4Runner? Wheel bearings should last quite some time in my experience.

I had to replace one on my 2011 earlier this year at around 115k.

I'm close to 180K Miles - all but a few thousand miles with 1.25" Spidertraxx. Have a little play and some groaning when cornering. Planning on swapping both sides - already have the assemblies on-hand from Maron 2 Bumper, and have new rotors and pads ready to swap in since they have to come off in any regard...

Not as bad as GM trucks anyway. All of my co-workers that have GM 1500 series trucks go through wheel bearings about every 30K miles.
They wheel offroad as much as I do, and those trucks are made to pull boats. Even the ones with lifts are missing the lower part of their bumpers, if not the whole bumper.

I enjoy beach/sand driving. No rocks no pinstripes. And fun to see the 2WD trucks stuck and pull them out with my little mid-size SUV.

Bahahaha, I'll occasionally switch it to 2WD and dig my rear wheels in to the sand then try to get out - with a friend around at least. Never gotten stuck yet.

Long Beach is at the most southern point of WA. It's the countries longest beach you can drive on, I think it's something like 15 miles of beach you can drive down.
