Blacked out the wife’s emblems !! Part number for the kit from Toyota 00016-89016 cost me $78.00 for the kit. Didn’t take pics of the Sr5 or front emblem. Biggest difference was the back. I like the black emblems over the silver vs the Pro which also has the black bar under the emblems..

haha this was just beach's parking lot at the Elephant Seal Rookery in San Simeon, CA. It was pretty cool actually, the Ms. wanted to see some elephant seals.

I was down there the last few weeks too. Don’t tell anyone but the other parking lot just North is much less crowded.

Hi All!

New member here! Bought my first 4runner back in August and have been lurking for a while.

Took off my Slimline II rack and side rails to reseal after I noticed some water on the headliner. Got to the passenger side rail and found that one of the rivnuts I installed is broken. The threaded section completely fell off (and is now somewhere between my roof and the headliner). I couldn't pull the rest out so it must've snapped off or something but I have no idea what to do now. Please help!

Thanks for all the informative posts! I've got some Xenondepot LED lows and highs and BD squadrons to be installed. Was gonna put those in but this rack problem really bummed me out.

Love the hood decal, getting a matte black on mine in a couple weeks. The next couple months will be painful for my wallet, ARB 2000 awning, ARB air locker, twin compressor, transfer case skid plate, wilco tire hitch mount, and ditch lights.

Sprayed the front valence with white PlastiDip...

Color doesn't match perfectly, but I just wanted it white and the PlastiDip helps protect it a bit from rock chips !
Gonna do the rear as soon as it warms up, or I get some propane to heat the garage.

The one across from Hearst Castle Visitor Center? I also went to the lot where you took a picture of your rig by the pier. That beach to the right is cool too. There were a few elephant seals on that beach too. A lot of people walked a few feet from them not knowing they were seals, scared the s*** out of them when they moved unexpectedly.
