What did you do to/in your 5th Gen today?!

Tons of badass ideas in here. Gonna be scrolling and having envy for awhile.
A few easy and cheap add-ons I’ve done in my first month;
- install all LED bulls throughout the vehicle. Makes more of a difference than you think
- Custom TRD shift knob
- the AJT design keyfob
All super cheap. Looking at a few other easy things to do as I learn my way around my new vehicle.
My first three major upgrades that I’m debating on doing first?
- TRD skidplate (clearly cosmetic and probably not an immediate need)
- leveling kit (just want to get rid of that uneven look)
- c4 front bumper or something similar
It’s between the bumper and leveling kit for my next upgrade. Being married. Can’t buy it all at once or then you have to buy her stuff too.
Look forward to refreshing this thread and seeing more mods!

How was the Anytime BackupCamera install? I got mine last night, hoping to tackle this weekend.

I made a trip week before last for 4 days/nights on the Georgia Traverse. I noticed that one of the spring rods for the rear window rain fly on my CVT RTT was rubbing the paint on the rear spoiler when we opened the rear hatch so for under $13.....
I picked up some 3/8” hose and electrical heat shrink. I ended up with enough material to do 5 rods. I just did 4. Only one rubs but I will have covered spares in case it doesnt hold up. Also super glued the black caps on. They werent tight enough to stay put.

Thanks! Unfortunately I don’t know, I had the tire shop install it. I wanted to try it myself, but the wife insisted I let the professionals do it. Then they snapped an ABS wire... :noidea:, but they replaced it so all is good now.

Perfect opportunity for a slimline bumper if you ask me.
Broke down and ordered one of these today. I think I'll be using it a lot this summer!
I also bought a accessory on/off elbow for the other end and I think I'll try to attach a removable mister [as well as the shower head].
It would be a nice addition for hanging out in the high-desert during the heat of the day.
