I thought they would, but I was surprised when they didn’t. I believe they redesigned these, they sit so close to the frame. From pictures of previous versions of the RCI skids that I’ve seen you did loose some clearance. They also provided some U spacers for the transfer case skid to allow the stock exhaust to clear without adding a large hose clamp around the exhaust hanger as I’ve seen some do with the previous version of the skids.

Got service and an offer from the dealer
I took in my 2018 ORP for 30,000 mi service. While I was waiting, one of the sales managers approached me and offered me $38k for my rig. I picked it up in Nov 2017 for $37,500. I've added $3k or so in upgrades, but I was still impressed with the offer. Maybe it's time to upgrade to a 2020 and start modding all over again :becky:

At 30K you should need nothing except an oil change and tire rotation. If it's severe duty use maybe front and rear diff service.

Installed the TRD skid plate only to realize on my 2010 I cant see the lettering and it doesnt cover as much area as my stock one w/ the plastic piece.
So I pwr washed the old one, sanded out the rust spots and scuffed up the rest and gave it a few fresh coats of black paint and reinstalled it. TRD skid plate posted for sale.

Finished my first long road trip with the new-ish 4Runner (got it in Feb). Drove from Chicago to Montreal for the weekend. Took the scenic route coming home by crossing at Vermont and then headed back west through Buffalo.
My stock truck averaged around 17mpg the whole trip doing between 65-75.
Favorite perk of the 4Runner was our ability to fold seats down and have someone nap while the other drove. Allowed us to do straight shots and maximize our time at our destinations.

I dont have any pics up close. Very easy to figure out. I did use four bigger stainless washers under mesh floor. The credit goes to another member on here. CMilViper

Took the long weekend to travel to Dayville, OR and join a 4x4/Camping meetup organized by a gentleman on the 4Runners of Oregon FB group. We explored areas around John Day, Painted Hills and Ochoco National Forest. Amazing weekend trying out the Icon Stage 2 and BFGs for the first time on the trails.
