What did you do to/in your 5th Gen today?!

Today I spent another couple hours cleaning my cold air intake that I’ve continued to have problems with. I keep getting a check engine light and the codes are “too lean bank 1 and 2” and then something with my MAF sensor. So I thought it could be a vacuum leak, I’ve had some people come and look and agree that’s all it is. I still drive normal and my car isn’t in limp mode, but I figured taking it apart and making putting it back together my magically get rid of this vacuum leak. Whenever I clear the code, it stays gone for about 15 minutes of driving and then comes back randomly. If anyone knows what might help, please let me know. My 4runner is my baby. 2015 SR5, I’ve been messing with this intake for about a month now. Even bought and replaced a brand new MAF sensor!

What code number is it ??

Got the dual battery wired up, all seems well and charging. Nothing has blown up yet so that's a plus!

Got the Trail roof rails cleaned up over the weekend and finally got them up. Happy with the result and glad to finally have a pair to match the Trail running boards I had on.

I have this sitting waiting for install. Odyssey group 34 arriving next Monday. We have friends visiting for a holiday so the install won't start for at least 10 days. Any lessons learned or pointers for install?

125k on my "new to me" T4R. Did a couple tranny drain & fills the other day. Definitely had never been touched. New gear oil and washers all around this morning. Rear looked pretty new, but was leaking at the drain plug. Front diff and transfer case almost certainly had never been touched before. Good as new now!

She's about ready to get into some fun! :surfer:

The first time I tried to step on the ladder or bumper when it was was I just about killed my self.

About a year ago I covered the ladder rungs with 3M traction tape and it has held up very well so I put some on the bumper today..

I plan on replacing the bumper so I wasn't too concerned about it being perfect...

That would be Windex from cleaning the bumper.

Today

Took the dog to a new neighborhood and had him pull me on the skateboard to check out some fresh scenery.

Got an Orange Boxx driver's side PSD & Recon molle rack. It's mounted and added some items added... on the main PSD is an automotive/marine fire extinguisher, e-tool, folding 7" hand saw, 1.5 lbs hatchet, Gorilla tape, extra 75lbs 14" zip ties and velcro straps...on the Recon rack is a 285 piece first aid kit and 15' 15,000 lbs recover strap.

More items will be added over time.
