I just got to wait for my greenlane full roof rack to show up, then I’ll mount it and head out to the Rockies for some fun. I had a 3/4 Prinsu but that just wouldn’t work.

Dude I bought it off of blocked me after I asked if he was the moron that used a marker to alter the logo lol...oh well. Killer deal, solid tent. For the price I paid I’m happy if it lasts 2 years. And I’m sure it will. It’ll be uninstalled and hanging in my garage after every trip.

Just looking at the Treeline website for the currently used tent fabric. I presume yours is the same:
280g Poly/Cotton Ripstop Canvas
PU Coated Water-resistant 1000 mm
Fire Resistance: CPI-84
Mold and mildew resistant coating
UV resistant coating

There’s a chance the isopropyl will dissolve some of these coatings. You might want to test this method on a piece of interior fabric at a seam where there’s an extra flap that’s not exposed to the outside. See if scrubbing with a saturated Qtip on a small area does anything to the coating, see if if still sheds water or looks different. If so, it may be best to leave your tent tattoos as they are.
Or you could ask the company about how to re-treat the fabric.

Back in 2004 I camped in the Absarokas in Wyoming. Took horses in there and we camped a full day's ride in, about 25 miles from anything you could call a road. Gorgeous area. Thanks for these pics.

...My Pleasure!...SO glad ya enjoyed them...and that they brought back wonderful memories from a time when things were a Helluva lot more normal...and things seemed simpler and easier.....

...There is just something pure and simple about the mountains and Nature...and being able to get away from the madness and boredom of everyday life to the clean mountain air...to be among beautiful living things...to hear the streams..the wind in the trees...to smell the pine and sagebrush...

...To relax in the cool night air around a cheery campfire...either alone in your own solitude...or shared with friends and family...those are memories that stick with you for all your life....and make ya smile every time ya think back on them....

...That's one of the main reasons I love Nature-photography...I can capture those places and things...and share them with others who also appreciate them...before they vanish and are all gone....

Got my .25" Headstrong Off-Road top plate spacers installed. Pretty happy with the results, netted exactly .5" of lift up front, getting it closer to level. Also got it tinted with STEK Action Series ceramic film - 15% on the front two windows and 50% on the the rears. On deck: gonna swap out the Pro rack for the standard black rails + crossbars off an ORP and sliders from Green Lane Offroad.

More progress on the cargo sleep platform today. Got to take care of some stuff around the house but I wanted to put some effort into it today.

Tucked the seatbelts up into the panel since they are of no use without a second row. Belts tend to flap around with the windows down which I find annoying. It also give the platform a little more space for a tighter fit. Didn’t feel like taking all the plastics apart to remove the belts completely and I wanted it easily reversible. Wrapped them in foam so they don’t rattle around. Panels provide enough positive pressure on the foam pads that they shouldn’t budge.

Started mocking up the corner cuts with some cardboard and a Folgers container. I’ll return to it tomorrow and make sure I’m still happy with it. Then I’ll redo it in cardboard making sure to square everything up. I’ll then use it as a template for the jigsaw cuts on both sides.

Got the tie downs I ordered in and they fit like a glove. Should be perfect for securing the platform down from beneath.

Baked a chicken while I did all that. Called it quits just in time to pull it out. (yes I need to clean my stove top it’s on the list)
