I bought my 2016 brand new January 2017 I replaced the blades for the first time September 2020 at 25K miles. Not sure why yours wear so quickly but I am very happy with the performance of the OEM blades.

I park my car outside. Because it doesn't fit in the garage. And I pretty much use my wipers almost everyday. To wipe the dust of the windshield. Or when I go wheeling ... I keep the dirt off the windshield because it affects my view when the sun hits it.
So unlike the normal person that uses their wipers when it rains. My is used alot. But then again my 2014 only has 49k on the clock. It sits alot in my driveway

Lol I just don't like deal with the stealership I guess... only time I go there is to really replace worn out factory equipment pieces. Like suspension rubber boots ( like my front kdss boots are torn) and my driverside kdss clamp is bent from me putting the sway bar back on. And your basic nuts and bolts that get rock rash from wheeling

No offroading, but took the family on a quick weekender up to the CA central coast to watch the Sentinel 6 satellite launch from Vandenberg. West coast launches have been scarce lately, so I'm glad we caught this one! Also had fun visiting Solvang and Santa Ines mission.

We just got back from a trip thru Arkansas. We hit up Lake Catherine State Park, Hot Springs National Park, hit up some forest roads in Ouachita National Forest (ended up on top of Wildcat Mountain), Petit Jean State Park, Mount Nebo State Park, Devil's Den State Park, hit up some forest roads in Ozark National Forest (including finding an old cemetery with gravestones dating back to the early 1800s), Magazine Mountain (the highest peak in Arkansas), then found Nimrod Dam on the way back home to Louisiana.
The ORP did well enough with the factory Nitto TerraGraps, but there were some paths we didn't go down because we were out alone and really need more aggressive tires for the amount of mud that was on some of those paths. I did end up with the first ding on my factory skid plate. Can't wait for my Dobinsons kit to come in, then I can put some better tires (and my new wheels on)... and some better armor underneath.
This trip was kind of a scouting trip for the spring/ early summer. We found a lot of dispersed camping spots, some out of the way state campgrounds, and a bunch of other stuff we want to check out as well.

Been thinking about getting something like that for my wife's Jeep, it's expensive to replace the Jeep windshield every 9-12 months due to highway speed rock impacts. How much was it?

We barely scratched the surface, but what we saw was enough to convince us we need to go back, especially when I've done some more work to my 4R and we take delivery of our trailer.
With my work schedule (I work offshore oil & gas, 14 days on/off), I'll probably go a few days ahead of time, then my wife can drive her Taco up to meet me for long weekends.
