Awesome rig [MENTION=536139]TRDHULK[/MENTION]. I've heard that you should open the doors when you are using your hi-lift to prevent any damaged to them.

Just hold the top during when jacking up the first few inches and you should be fine. The lotus adapter (which is in the picture) makes the jack pretty darn stable. If you want it to be more stable, get that $100 base (actually looks pretty good).

It is funny how you'd expect 4Runner's center of gravity to be closer up front (engine etc) but it is not. Rear diff, axle and fuel tank is one heavy mother back there.

Bought myself the lotus for Xmas. Brought it on the trail 2 days later. Didn’t use the hi lift but someone in my group winched me once. I also got the lift mate for the wheel. It works on the TRD pro wheels. I rolled the dice and glad it does.

Think I drank too much and ordered all this shit one night...

I plan on keeping the offroading tame, but based on the dirt on the passenger step and the hitch receiver I may have bottomed out a few times.

Well, after fighting with too many electrical issues the past 5 weeks since I flooded my 4Runner, I pulled the trigger on an 01 dbl cab taco that’s got an absolute mint frame. I’m gonna delegate my 5th gen as a pavement princess now and just to haul my small holiday trailer, and the taco as my trail pig

Added a carbon fiber shifter and cf piece by the front cup holder. Added Pro letters above the glove box, legacy Ironman emblem to grill and zinc colored TRD pro decals to rear pillar tonight.

It's been raining here for about a week straight but we got a gap yesterday afternoon so I took it upon myself to give mine a full treatment, all Meguiars products: Wash, polish, wax, wheels, and tires.

I realized that this spring I'm going to have to remove the Gobi rack (sans rack feet) so I can give the roof paint a similar treatment, maybe look into a ceramic coating for it too.

I did that last week during a small gap of rain. I see you are in PNW, I'm in Portland...you get good at taking advantage of those dry times.

Yeah, I bought it from a guy that used it while his kitchen was being remodeled. He just wanted it gone. Perfect shape, he even cleaned it for me. It's a little larger than I expected, but should work perfect.

Holy Shit! What a weekend of wrenching. After a lot of blood, sweat, tears, and many many MANY swear words, the Dobinsons MRA Suspension and UCAs are installed!

20 hours in the garage with 3 freaking awesome dudes helping, we got it done. But not without issue...........I tore the CV boot on the passenger side and had to get the axel replaced............but I still saved $480 by doing the suspension myself.

I do also now have a clunk in the KDSS piston when I hit speed bumps at 20mph. You can also hear the knock when rocking the rig from side to side. Hoping I can get that resolved on my own soon. However, I cannot hear it at all during normal driving, which I am happy about LOL.

I will be changing the location of the front resi as I am now starting to get pics that I like better, but I am grateful to a member who sent me pics and took my call to help me install them where they are now.

I also got the LFD skid plates in last night! That went fairly smooth. Only hiccup was a bolt I had damaged hitting a rock somewhere (which proved I did need the skids) was difficult to get out, but I got it out and completed the install!
