Yeah, I bought it from a guy that used it while his kitchen was being remodeled. He just wanted it gone. Perfect shape, he even cleaned it for me. It's a little larger than I expected, but should work perfect.

You got a great deal. It's ~$150 new! I'd consider it but I think i'll stick to my camp table for the time being.

I did that last week during a small gap of rain. I see you are in PNW, I'm in Portland...you get good at taking advantage of those dry times.

I'll need to do the same thing with the Gobi rack as well but definitely waiting for that.

That's the quickest lesson I learned upon moving up here: You'll never do anything if you try to always plan around rain haha.

But yes, taking advantage of the occasional break in rain is essential.

Holy Shit! What a weekend of wrenching. After a lot of blood, sweat, tears, and many many MANY swear words, the Dobinsons MRA Suspension and UCAs are installed!

20 hours in the garage with 3 freaking awesome dudes helping, we got it done. But not without issue...........I tore the CV boot on the passenger side and had to get the axel replaced............but I still saved $480 by doing the suspension myself.

I do also now have a clunk in the KDSS piston when I hit speed bumps at 20mph. You can also hear the knock when rocking the rig from side to side. Hoping I can get that resolved on my own soon. However, I cannot hear it at all during normal driving, which I am happy about LOL.

I will be changing the location of the front resi as I am now starting to get pics that I like better, but I am grateful to a member who sent me pics and took my call to help me install them where they are now.

I also got the LFD skid plates in last night! That went fairly smooth. Only hiccup was a bolt I had damaged hitting a rock somewhere (which proved I did need the skids) was difficult to get out, but I got it out and completed the install!

Here are some pics. The comparison shot will have the before on the bottom and the after on top for reference.

Looks great! Now you need 285’s. What you did is something I would do in my 20’s. Not any more. Simple bolt ons and stickers is where I’m at now. Congrats on the DIY+3. I would like to see pics of the other skids. I like the red and would like to see about adding some LCA and rear shock skids.
Hopefully you can get rid of the KDSS clunk. You will be ready to rock and roll(no pun intended) next time out.

Man the majority of this "community" only cares about functional mods. Do what makes you happy! I'd be lying if appearance didn't play a factor in a lot of the mods I've done.

Yeah like others said you do to your ride what you like. I have one of these too I look at it as an homage to the Ivan Stewart racing days. It's small and subtle so just enjoy your mods.

I actually bought the wiring harness kit here, with the optional switch:

Anytime Backup Camera

Completely plug and play except wiring the switch harness to the two wires coming off the main harness. I just used butt connectors. Super easy! In another thread about this kit, I found out the 2014-2019 harness works with the 2013 non JBL.

I think the 2011 and 2012 had a different harness, but I cannot find it on the website. Might want to contact him and ask about your truck, he replied to me pretty quickly.

Awesome rig [MENTION=536139]TRDHULK[/MENTION]. I've heard that you should open the doors when you are using your hi-lift to prevent any damaged to them.

You are absolutely correct!! I can tell you from experience. When i had my FJ i lifted the drivers side up and had the door open when i went to let it back down the jack dropped! Since the drivers door was open the seat took the brunt of the fall and not the door. So just some words of wisdom. Never trust a hilift. They are great but have damaged a lot of vehicles and people.
