Is your truck KDSS equipped? If so that TRD Skid isn't going to work for you (not without some cutting)...
EDIT just looked it up, you don't have KDSS so no worries there:
2010-2016 Trail = 2017-current Trd OR and has KDSS optional.
2020-current Trail = SR5 with cosmetic upgrades and does not have KDSS.
2020-current Venture = TRD OR plus cosmetics
Even if it isn't there's much better skids out there for your rig to enjoy, here's just one of many:

I got a bunch of stuff from Rago today.
I added a couple small tool pouches and a bottle pouch to my Rago molle panel setup. I already had the haters thing.
I also got a bunch of quick fist and Rago mount combos. I painted a pair for my new Krazy Beaver shovel. I had enough paint leftover from the panels last fall that I could cover these two mounts.
I also spotted that Rago had a blemished rack system on sale (powder coat problem) for just a few bucks more than the old raw steel rack, so I snatched that up real fast. I'm going to strip the powder coat off and rattle can spray it the same color of the panels. Yeah, I paid a few more bucks so I could do a little more work, but it'll be the way I want it. Combine it with the miniscule laser cutting problem of my blemished panels that I saved a bunch of money on last fall, and I'll be super happy with everything.

Yeah no KDSS. I’m basically an SR5 with cosmetics like you said plus a super cool Toyota 4Runner (Yeti-ish) cooler. Lol. I don’t like that they named it a Trail. I think some people wouldn’t poo-poo it if they came up with a new name for it.
Definitely enjoying it. So much fun stuff to buy. I previously had an Xterra for nine years and the aftermarket for the 4 is much greater.
Thank you for the link on different skids. I’ll scope them out! I really don’t need a skid tbh. I just thought it looked good with the red TRD lettering. I usually don’t buy mods purely for superficial reasons. But I figured what the heck. If I dislike it I can remove and sell it.

Looks great! I’m contemplating getting a pair of these as well. I need to make a list of stuff “I need” to mount on them and go from there. I don’t want to be the guy with empty panels. Lol.

Thanks! Just take a look at my upcoming pic this weekend with the Krazy Beaver shovel. It's a little longer than is ideal for the Rago panels for the 4Runner, but it looks like it'll work for my situation. However, I may just move it up to the shelf once that arrives.
Eh, you've got to start somewhere. I recommend getting the blemished raw steel panels in their sale that's on now. I don't know what the blemish is this time around, but mine had about a few millimeters of too much lasering done to one of the holes. It's barely noticeable if you attempt to fill it with some random goop you've got around and then paint it over. Mine were pretty empty for a while, too. I only had the toilet paper holder for months. I'm hoping to do some more stuff this spring.
