got bored, took some pics for ya to show post installation, that everything goes back to stock configuration with the lightbar in place and the lightbar is aimable...cheers.

If your vehicle is still stock then the Dobinson links are overkill. I’d go for a pull outs from a forum member who is replacing the Toyota stock links.

I was up in upstate New York in the Poughkeepsie/Fishkill area tonight. They haven't invented street lights up there yet. I was using my Lasfit 4Runner specific LED low beam bulbs on my 2020 which is pre-LED housing of 2021 and later. It was glorious.
I understand that LED bulbs in halogen housings may often be a disaster, but for these specific bulbs, I have just two words to say to you: Suck it!

My bad, what I meant is did the dobinsons endlinks make a difference compared to the stock ones besides correcting geometry.

Received my Weathertech window cover kit. Yes I might be able to make them with Reflectix, but it would take many hours of patience. I’m a plug n play guy. They block out almost all the light. The front cover let’s in a decent amount of light, but if I place a piece of Velcro on the window I think I can reduce most of it. Even with the amount of light coming in it’s still going to be plenty of light blocking for camping. They also block a decent amount of noise. I will only be using the black side since I don’t camp in the warmer months.
From the back of the 4R. Once I adjusted it down and if I use Velcro behind the mirror it will be much better. I also bought the bag, but I think I will cancel that part of the order since there is a strap on the windshield cover. I paid just under $200, but that would have taken me more than $200 in man hours of my time.

Those look pretty nice. Mind sharing a link? I'm interested in something like this but can't seem to find them besides one company that makes really nice looking ones but are over $1000 for a full set.

It’s definitely expensive for what they are, but I’m not patient enough to make my own. I made my own platform for the rear only because Home Depot made the cuts and all I needed to do was sand it and screw on the 2x4’s.
