Bed my tundra brakes, installed 99 cup holders and quick disconnect end links.

I don't know that my favorite color- brown- would be an improvement over the grey and dirt.
Perhaps a more traditional 'girl' color?

New Rokmen trail series rear lower control arms
Finally got rid of annoying rear end wobble, bushings were totally shot in the OEM's after 315,000 miles. One bushing sleeve on the passenger side just fell out when the arm came out.
Also bought new hardware (live in the rust belt) but was not necessary as the old bolts were in pretty good shape considering.
Really like the look of these arms, much beefier and very solid construction compared to OEM. Didn't want to go through the bushing replacement scenario, bushing sleeves would probably have taken a lot of work to get out.

Do those bolts have a threaded portion under the bolt head as well? I'm not sure if I'm seeing that right of if I've just had one too many! :jump:

Yes they do, I thought I had been given the wrong part when I first looked at these as there is nothing threaded inside the bushing sleeve and the mount is only 1/8 thick at most.
Not sure exactly why, but taking the old bolts out it seems the lower control arm mounts are slight sprung apart and the inside threads at the top of the bolt are a great help in backing the bolt out as they catch on the metal of the sprung mount. If the rear axle shifts a little bit when the nut comes off the bolt jams a bit and these threads help you get it backed out to the point where you can pull it the rest of the way out.
(Had to use a ratchet strap to pull the axle and get the mounting holes back in to alignment.)

On Sunday I replaced the RF caliper with a Napa "eclipse" brand. The one on there was frozen solid, no brakes at all on that side. What a difference it makes having both front calipers working ! lol

Woke up this morning to every door and hatch open on my 4runner. Everything inside is gone. My air compressor, 3 bags of tools, high jack, jack stands, extra cvs, my winch bag with my winch remote and all my recovery gear. They even took my spare tire and change.
This 4runner has been robbed 4 times since owning. Literally just moved few months ago into one of the nicest areas in my city. I guess you never get away from crime.
I don't get too upset as I was a pretty bad kid and I see it as karma paying me back. I'm glad I found a women that straightened me up and kids to keep me thinking of the right priorities.
But I'm really thinking of selling or just setting it on fire. I really don't have time for it.
Needs timing belt, water pump, ac compressor, brake overhaul, flexplate and many other small stuff. Probably wont get much for it being so old and having 300k miles.

That sucks, Sounds like someone staked you out. I can't imagine it was a random luck of the draw they hit you. Has the truck been sitting? They may have either seen it open and seen your gear, or been poking their nose in the windows.
Either way, Sorry about loosing your stuff.

Yeah it just sits. It was open day before and I did have a non English speaking roofer at my house that saw everything inside. Either way what's done is done.
I might sell her to fund my supercharger on my 4 door vette.

Ugh...total bummer. Stealing a spare tire is pretty savage.
Ya I feel your frustrations. I have a feeling crime is everywhere no matter where you live. It even happens in a gated communities here in the nice part of town. It's the reason why I empty out the 4R every night. The times we live in today.
