Washed and did a quick detail on the inside and engine bay. Now its all clean time to get it dirty again. Also ordered 2 of 4 265/75r16 AT tires.

Bought my T4R 3rd gen last month. 162K on the odo.
Things I have fixed/replaced in last 30 days...
1. Timing belt, water pump, drive belts, adjusted e brake, Front diff, Rear Diff, and transfer case fluids, new brake fluid - $1,000 ( Toyota dealership)
2. Spark plugs (self)
3. Valve cover gaskets (self w/ OEM parts)
4. Transmission fluid - drain and refill (self)
5. New radiator (self)
6. 265/70/r16 Nitto Terra Grappler ( Discount tires)
7. Diff breather (self)
8. drained and refilled power steering fluid (self)
9. New Penzol high mileage oil with Toyota filter (self)
10. Air filter (self)
11. New front seat covers (Costco)
12. Broncos decal, steering wheel cover and headrest covers (self)
13. removed front seats and cleaned them well (self)
14. Shampooed carpet and headliner (self)
15. New Toyota coolant
bucket list...
1. replace LBJ
2. Toytec lift
3. remove running boards and install sliders

Cleaned and applied rainx to my windows and side view mirrors.Up next do some measurements to build me some sliders

Parking brake stopped working over a year ago... finally decided to tear into the rear brakes for the first time. (Bought the 4runner August 1st '08.)
Replaced drums, shoes, hardware kit, wheel cylinders, parking brake bell cranks (which were completely seized. That's what I get for offroading on the beach). Not the easiest brake job I've ever done but it wasn't too bad.
The muffler and tail pipe I bought from Autozone 9/6/12 rotted out and broke at the last flange about a week ago so I tackled that while I had it up on the lift for the brake stuff. Autozone replaced everything, including the gaskets for free. I didn't even think they'd warranty exhaust stuff but they made good on it.
Heading up to NH next weekend to destroy a range full of pumpkins with machine guns and other fun hardware. The 4runner should be up to the task.

Nice! Forgot to mention last night that I slopped JB weld along the top of my rear diff cover because it developed a leak months ago. There was scaly rust all along the top of it (again, beach driving will ultimately be the death of this truck).
I also have pretty extensive frame rot at the inside edges of the rails in the gas tank and muffler areas. The upper and lower surfaces of the rails still look good so I'm not going to worry too much about it. I will probably only get another couple years at most out of this truck. I would like to see the odo hit 300K though. (220K now)

Grabbed a few pices of firewood for the cold weekend.
I hate doing this to my beautiful Runner, but it's a workhorse and that's why I bought it in the first place. The inside is protected with moving blankets so not too big of deal.
It's actually pretty fun driving out in the forest with a saw and harvesting wood for the cabin - helps save on heating bills big time too.

Finally got around to doing the cup holder mod to my 97. Went ahead and put some LEDs down in the cup holders to give them a nice glow at night. I'll have to wait and see how they look once it gets dark though.
