Didn't get the HD, just regular strongarm. When I first put them on in may my wife could barely shut the hatch and it WOULD smack you in the face. Now, the gate is barely making my chin when opened. If I push it all the way up it holds though, which the factory ones wouldn't. May have just got a bad pair. I keep meaning to check the warrany
 
My fuel gauge sometimes works sometimes doesn't. It'll crank and show full tank (which is where it should be) or it'll show no gas at all. Thinking maybe a faulty ground.

I had a similar problem, turned out to be a burned out component on the back of the guage panel. Soldered a new one on and it fixed it for $2. This was after I already dropped the tank and replaced the sending unit and bracket with no result. Thete is a TSB about the sending unit.
 
Retro

New Projectors with Halos, added driving lights and a rack this week. It's amazing I haven't gotten in a wreck yet the old lights where so dimm.

I got the new tires mounted on the new rims, for the new vehicle that I don't even have in my possession yet...and now I play the waiting game as it's still floating on the ocean to Canada right now.

Which projectors are those...? The output looks less than ideal, albeit much better than stock.

Your passenger side needs to come down to where the top of the cutoff is level with the top of the driver side cutoff.

To easily aim them pull as close to a wall as you can on a flat surface and put a piece of tape on the hotspot each headlight makes on the wall. Now measure 2" below that hotspot and put another piece of tape.

Back STRAIGHT up 25' and aim the top corner of the "step" on each projector cutoff to that lower piece of tape.

By doing this your headlights will be aimed straight (assuming that you backed straight up) and they'll drop the 2" over 25' as required by many state laws (assuming you did this on level ground).

I today I was over playing around with the shifter to get the key out. So I I pulled down the panel up the steering wheel to get the the solenoid one the ignition switch and cut the wire for it. Now no more stuck key ever
