Installed a switch to keep my power antenna from going up and down with the CD-player. Everytime I eject and change cd's it makes my antenna go down then up again. That got old after a few days, so I put in this switch. It lights up to let me know the antenna is up too!

that bumper look great!! mine, which i have been whining about since august will be delievered tomorow... then the rear... will be not too long after... i think by the end of this month i'll have everything rhino coated and installed. then the lights!

Matt, you will love the lift. I had mine done during the summer. and Evort i love my Duratracs i just wish we has some snow here to test em out.. I was told that after they get some wear on them they start to sing... and it's the truth too..

Found out my rear axle housing is rusted through near the fill plug, while putting my new hitch on. I am now searching for an e-locker axle.

Installed new LBJ

and of course came up with a problem, couldnt remove passenger side outer tie rod from the LBJ (will get pictures up, its crazy, bent the balljoint on the press) so had to buy a new one and cut it off.... talk about a 9hour day at the shop on the weekend....

Now alignment!

You would think, but I'd be lying if I didn't say I nearly ripped it off the 3rd day I owned it driving through the carwash at work! I remembered just before the brush hit my antenna and turned the radio off!

ya, I'm super paranoid about my antenna and car washes. When I bought my truck, mine was broken.

The main reason I installed the switch is because I don't want the antenna to crap out on me from going up and down all the time. Since I got a working CD player I will hardly listen to AM/FM so there is not much reason for it to be going up and down.

bought a pair of screw pin shackles and welded on mounts for them.

Began the installation of my BAMF sliders. Welded up and installed the driver side. The passenger side should be on in two weeks. Need to coordinate times with my friend.

I need to trim the SR5 flare and install as well.

Actually driving it a bit less - noticed the last time it was cold that there's still a squeak @ the engine compartment - and that's after having the tensioner pulley replaced (though that DID need to be replaced). So it looks like another pulley somewhere needs replacing.

Replaced front and rear heater cores... that was a PITA.

In the process found the missing screw for my shifter, and replaced the bulb for the gear shift so I can see the gear selection at night (not that important but since I was already there)
