Got around to installing some christmas goodies and fabbed up a bracket for the cb antenna.

Had to add a little pink since it is after all my wifes 4runner lol

Today:
Removed 1.5" wheel spacers from all four wheels due to my 285x75x16 not fitting well with them on.

What happened? Well in the desert I hit a bunch of stupid mogals and ended up bottoming out my front end. Because of the size of the tires and spacers (which I had originally bought to go with my 265s) my wheels popped off both L and R side limited fender flares AND bent my passenger front panel so much that I think I will need to replace it. That alone wasn't the end of the world, probably $200-$300 to fix on the cheap.

BuT .... I also found out today, due to my visual inspection, that I need the following replaced ASAP:
* outer tie rods
* inner tie rods (might as well do at same time)
* rear axel seals and rear brakes (last time I did them was about 80,000 miles ago)

I also likely need in near future:
New upper control arms
Lower control arms

Ahhhhhhbhhhh!

It's really hard to bend and twist 1/8th inch steel. So probably not haha.

Got up and started off the new year right ahead of this weekend's buildup. Put in the original relay (window, alarm, etc) in the tailgate. Happy New Year folks!

Installed an InnovateHeatII Seat heater in left side. Christmas gift to my better half. Saving for the right side and should be done soon. Oil filler plug is just there covering the hole of the right switch! lol

Warn Solenoid Box Installed

Finally found a location to mount the solenoid box for my winch. Really happy with the results. Now I can finally take the bumper to get painted.

285s

Just so I can park in my garage(I only get one side)

Started ripping the old wooden doors out
And installing 8ft garage doors

The rust is not that bad. Partially enhanced by the photo filter. I had to get everything set up before paint which took a lot more time than planned. I've already shown the shop and they're not concerned with the surface rust. I think it can be blasted off.

I PB Blasted my rusty rear license plate screws (again..I snapped off the screw heads getting the previous owners plate off), all of the bolts holding in the radiator, and hit every bolt/nut that I could underneath in preps for my new springs/shocks.

I'll be replacing the factory radiator with a new Koyo. I also noticed the hoses were soft so I will be replacing them at the same time.
