What Did You Do To Your 3rd Gen Today?

So I balanced and rotated my OEM split 3 spike rims last week and finally installed my Spidertrax spacer at the same time. For the hell of it I listed the rims and sure enough sold it without having replacements. My wife laughed at me and my 3 yr old said why is my car lifted? Felt like pun intended from the little one as its stock height.

Not a good picture but I put these wheels/tires on today. 2007 taco wheels. 265/70/17 cooper discoverer at3.
Replaced my stock wheels and worn out tires..... It's like I got a lift. Lol

Installed my CB antenna again. I had it mounted on an Outdoor Logic mount under the left rear taillight. The performance was terrible because of the body blocking most of the antenna. I decided to mount it to the Shrockworks bumper. I'm not sure I like the location, but it should offer much better performance.
I started planning where to mount my CO2 tank and started thinking about a modular drawer system for the cargo area.
I've still got a lot to do before the 1st wheeling trip of the year.

And then I borrowed rims from a friend who wants to sell them. I would buy them, but have other plans already that I'd like to stick with. Any one interested in OEM FJ Trail Teams rims, with BFGs?

Finished up all my maintenance and knock sensor replacements. Did both knock sensors, pigtails, intake manifold gaskets(mine were going downhill fast), valve cover gaskets, valve cover paint, 170* thermostat, full coolant flush and all new Toyota Super Long Life Coolant, and new Bosch spark plug wires. Annnnnnddddd now I'm out of money. lol. Oh and BIG thanks to [MENTION=85423]Greg_Canada[/MENTION] for the help with paint/color choice and letting me bug him for advise. And heres the pics because come on, we are all pic whores.

Thanks Mindomission, it's the VHT Wrinkle Plus SP204 Red. I really liked it because it gives a powder coat looking finish with extra durability because you cure it in the oven.

Switched from M1 to M1 HM, hopefully this will cure the small leak that developed at the rear main seal...

How old are the bearings?

Old. I got the 4runner at 120k. It's at 198k now and I've never changed them. I thought at first that it was the bearings so I bought a set and took the axel in to a shop to have it pressed. The guy at the shop said the bearings were fine. So I got an oil seal and when I was installing it saw that there was no O ring. I had a shop do the rear seals last July. I guess he forgot to reinstall the O ring.
Not sure if that would have caused a seal failure or not. I'll keep an eye on it and see if the new seal and O ring have stopped the leak.

Today I got a wheel alignment, new front brakes and rotors, new belts, a new battery, new 4wd fluid, new oil, new coolant, new manual transmission gear oil, and a new hole in my wallet! First big service in a very long time. 150,000 miles. Hopefully thats only 1/3 of the way through it's life!

all i did today was finally rotate my tires, luckily they've worn well=have 25K on 'em and worn 10 & 20% (front/rear). But the only real 'mod' i did today was replace the stock interior overhead bulbs with leds i got off ebay for 90cents each, there is an Unbelievable difference! Like 50 times the light output for less energy! I also did my front parking lights, much brighter, whiter, now how to deal with those dull oem headlights?
