Replaced my steering rack today and installed the poly rack bushings I've had for almost a year, lol. Rack made a HUGE difference in how the truck feels.

Bought some some stuff to start my tune up: oil (Mobil 1 on sale at Costco $25 for 6 qts), oil filter, plugs, wires, gaskets for throttle body and IAC, MAF and throttle body cleaner, and a new PVC.
For the PVC I just bought whatever brand O'Reilly's had. I'll start all this tomorrow probably.

Hi it came with the vehicle. its actually a Toyota Hilux Surf, Japanese import into Botswana.
It is a standard part on the Jap vehicles.

Brake Job
Fixed the pulsation during braking.
On the way home from work yesterday I stopped by Toyota and Autozone. Toyota for rotors and pads. Autozone for calipers.
After dinner I did the Tundra Brake Caliper and Rotors Upgrade. The first wheel took about an hour and a half. Did a lot of going back and forth between the instruction post, the truck and the parts. The second wheel took 30 minutes. No power tools other than the cut-off grinder.
Man what an easy, fast, rewarding job. Saved myself $270 in labor at the shop. Highly recommend the upgrade if you are considering new rotors for your T4R.
Followed this thread for the job.

Even went out at 11PM and did the brake bedding process. Glad I did not see any police. They would have pulled me over for sure doing the 60mph to 10 mph stops eight times down the road.

The HVAC blower sounded a little 'off', so I took it out to see:
I'd have to guess that's mouse related. Although I haven't seen any other signs anywhere.

Hey, I would like to remove mine as well... my Hamster wheel has been sounding "off" too for a while. I just assumed that the blower motor was just going bad. Was it hard to remove? Did it take long? I'll bet I have something living in there too.. I'll have a look around to see if I can find a write up on how to remove it.. thanks for the idea.!

Very simple. I took off the passenger side sill panel trim (4 screws, then it pops up and out). Then just pull the passenger footwell kick panel backward (it just clips in).
This will uncover the 3rd of the 3 screws that hold the fan in, it's pointing upward on the right side of the footwell area. Three screws, bladed screwdriver, or T10 Torx, or (didn't try - 10mm) nut. Take those off and the fan comes down, release the wiring clip and it comes out.
I reached around in the vents with the fan out but didn't feel any other bits of fluffy stuff.
