Washed/waxed. Hit the truck with the buffs wheel and got all the branch scratches off the truxk. Upgraded to a 21.5 inch LED lightbar for the bumper.

Took it to the creek wash which had a lot of water flowing and had some fun. Saw 2 jeeps get stuck in the wash in about 4 inches of water, i drove right past no problem.

Man im slow lol yesterday I pick up my 4runner from the shop after getting my 2 4 and 6 cylinder plug wires replaced cause they were arching and causing a miss fire and finally got my valve cover gaskets done

Front Bumper mod

Decided I could only afford a rear bumper, since my other ride (09 Ram 1500) needs new tires. So I copied [MENTION=91623]CenCalifoothill15[/MENTION] with the front bumper mod. Added some surface mount LED turn signals, since the lower part had the stock ones. Spent a good amount of time on paint prep but it still has many imperfections. Wrenching and learning is the way to go I guess. Also did an HID conversion in the fogs.

For the 96 power steering pump (slight snafu of frozen brain stupidity in regards to pulley seating but otherwise not bad) and also Wheeler's rack bushings on a nearly new oe rack to make the rubber-bandy play a thing of the past. Only removed rack mount bolts, didn't bother with tie rod ends. Did put it up on jack stands and move the tires to push the rack away from and then to the cross member as needed after the rack bolts were out. Also did a flush and have a filter waiting to go in.

New hood cushions and hood support grommet too.

Replaced the steering rack roller guide in the 99 with solid one from the 96's old rack. Mimic'd a bad inner tie rod with lots of play, solid now.

My AC button broke last week. The button just pops right out, seems like a clip holding the button in the assembly must have broken off. That means I had to replace the whole AC button assembly. The Toyota parts guy here said he would give me a good deal for one $37.

Instead I got a used one off eBay $10, it came in last night, pulled off the stereo bezel and face of climate control unit, popped out the broken AC button assembly, put in the replacement.
Just in time, it's going to be steamy 79 deg here today. :banana:

I finally found a set of rear sr5 flare mud guards since the previous threw them away. I really need to paint the whole flare set to match the mud guards.

Bought new wipers to replace the ones I just installed in October or November because of the damn snow and ice. Went to clean the windshield before installing and the glass cleaner froze.

My rant of the day It's ridiculous of these companies to not offer replacement inserts for their wipers. I think you can buy a pair of OEM Toyota inserts for less than the price of one aftermarket wiper. Come next wiper replacement I'm buying OEM Toyota wipers and spare inserts

Rewired my dome and map lights so that the driver's side map light comes on when the door is open, giving much needed light to the front seats. Now my map light on the driver's side turns on both the map light and the dome light, where the passenger's map light only turns on the one map light.

One wire attached through the hole on one prong of the festoon light fixture, to the front map light of your choice (also looped through a hold in the festoon light fixture) does the trick.
