I put on Spidertrex 1.25" spacers today, should have the room for the 285's now.

Hit 90,000 miles on wednesday on my way to work (sitting at a stop light even lol). Called the local Toyota dealer and dropped it off with 90,008 miles and they did: timing belt, water pump, complete coolant flush/refill, power steering flush/refill, brake system flush/refill, transmission flush/refill, tcase flush/refill, front and rear diff fluid changed, engine oil and filter change, new power steering belt, AC compressor belt, fan/alt belt, new upper and lower radiator hoses, tire rotation, and 3 new wiper blades. Ready for the next 90,000!

Today I "raced" an automatic '07 Tacoma that has a cold air intake and flowmaster super44. I have a 2000 4runner sr5 5 speed manual bone stock other than my Mickey Thompson tires. He only barely pulled away from me as we hit 65-75 mph. It made me feel great haha.

Took about an hour and 1/2 this morning to install the first part of the lift.


5100/TRD combo in the front on my 2001. After work I'll throw on the 890's and then monday get the Dura's installed with an alignment.

Went and got an alignment done after replacing the inner and outer tie rods on both sides the other day—plus put on 4 new tires yesterday. The tech was impressed with how close I got it back and knew I had counted the turns well.

It felt good before the alignment, but I wasn't going to risk effing up new tires, so I sprung for the alignment. Rides nice as can be now.

Front Height from hub to fender measurement: 23 1/2in
Rear Height from hub to fender measurement : just under 25in

Worked on this some more:

Got the bracket in, figured how the compressor's going to be mounted to said bracket, got to go get a grommet for the hole I made to run the braided line through, got much more to do that all that....

Built some multi-use (bike/hike/run/horse) trail with 50 other people today and pulled a Chevy truck and loaded tool trailer out of the muck and up a small incline afterwards with the 96. Both those activities were....satisfying. :biggrin2:
