Finished up my valve cover job and replaced every vacuum line with new silicone lines. Runs a lot better than before.

Gave my sport a nice waxing and buffed out some scratches and touched up some rock chips. Got around to installing my clear corners on it too and I love the look. Next up this weekend is getting rid of some rust spots and taking all skid plates off, cleaning them down to bare metal and priming and painting them. Tomorrow night I go to pick up my new purchase a 99 sr5 with manual and rear locker. I'm super excited! Speaking of purchases I bought a FMU for my sport tonight and can't wait to get that installed

Simply having those darned bushings and bearings did it for me. I don't know of anybody else who does. Mike's customer service, that was certainly some serious icing on the cake!

Getting the old bearing race out took....perseverance and care. The rest was relatively easy.

Got everything all back together and buttoned up. Test drove it and nothing fell off.
The BFGs were either too sticky and/or I wasn't stomping hard enough, rainy road and all, they wouldn't skid.

Replaced driver's side headlight bulb today. Nothing fancy, just a Sylvania 9003.

Not today but over the past 3 weeks I replaced both LBJs, both CVs, replaced all the sway bar bushings, put in extended SS rear brake lines, changed fluid in both diffs and transfer case and put in two new amps for da stereo.

Got all the cosmetic parts in that I have been waiting for. The only thing left is the double cup holder with I will order next week. Got the Plasti Dip wheel kit and Plasti Dip for the emblems, grill and flairs in. Just waiting for it not rain on one of my days off.

Replaced my amber, cracked turn signals for clear ones. Finally tracked down some clear corners and I'll install them next week when I rebuild my front bumper. So glad to finally remove the last bit of chrome and I don't trust plastidip(gasp)

There's a write up on here with pics the bolt is at the bottem of the pulley bracket...mine sounded like a small child screaming...no joke lol..

I am debating painting my front and rear bumper black. I am not a huge fan of chrome, but don't want to make my Limited look like a base. I am going to do Emblems, Flares, Grill and Wheels black. Debating bumper still.

I think it'll depend on the color of your 4runner. I really like the way mine has turned out as I've painted all my chrome and wheels in satin black. I've been wanting some limited flares to paint black. I say go for it, I'm sure you could tool around with photoshop and see what it would look like before hand.
