I installed my Pioneer DEH-X6700BT head unit without any major issues.

Crutchfield didn't send the harness adapters for the front door speakers, so those will have to wait until this weekend. I have to say, though, that the sound improvement to the factory speakers is FAR more than I anticipated. Very happy!

I removed my factory clock and clipped the Bluetooth mic into the opening until I decide on a permanent location.

All in all, a good evening working on my T4R :bigok:

I ended up not really needing harness for speakers. Just used old speaker mount, clipped wires and soldered new ends to plug into new speakers. Also ran Bluetooth mic under steering wheel panel and mounted above wheel under instrument cluster.

Threw on my 01 tails and my TRD decals. Driver side decal came out lop sided so I ordered another set.. might re-do it. Is it noticeable? lol

Finished my rear seat panels, version 2.0. Decided against using the plastic retainers and did cap screws with rivet nuts. Much sturdier than before! One more step closer to bed lining the cargo area.

Just installed that stereo in my Camaro, and have the double DIN version in my Runner. Both are powering Pioneer speakers. Awesome sound setup for the $ and the sound is awesome!

Installed another new swaybar end link on the right side. It broke after less than a year. I lost the nice polyurethane bushings i had too At least I only paid $7 for a close-out Moog end link. Last one was a Mevotech.

I noticed soon after it broke, as an exit ramp I normally take at 40mph, I could suddenly only take it at ~32 mph without feeling like I was going to tip over.

If I had the money I'd get those nice Addco sway bars.

My Sonoran Steel 1.2 kit showed up today. Holy crap. Entire front end is done. Struts, Sway ends, and Diff Drop done. Man that's a bit of work without power tools. I miss my air compressor dearly. I need to remedy that this weekend.

LOL Funny you mention that. I went home last night and ripped em' off to see what the hype was about. Needless to say, I'll be handing them over to my garbage man next week. :hatsoff:

I ordered em' from a local parts store here. About $116 shipped. Much better than the older style tails.

I have been checking part out pages, so hopefully I can find them at some point. Not in a huge rush, but I agree much better looking lights. I also upgraded to the 99+ headlights, and I feel there are much better. Now trying to find a 99+ gril as well.

I rearranged the interior lighting I added when I did my headliner. So now the cargo area lights come on when I open the hatch. It's nice. Also I "fixed" my hatch latch switch so that they finally do work when the hatch is open

well, not today, but the last thing i did a few days ago was finish installing the CB into the dash.

Pulled the radiator out so I can take it to the shop in the morning and have them find a leak in it and clean it out. Reblew out the heater core lines and blew out even more stop leak crap. Stuff had started plugging up my new heater core. Once the radiator is taken care of I'm going to take it to a shop and let them power flush it. I'm getting tired of fighting this stuff.
