Nice to know this can be done without turkeying any sensors, etc. There's nothing like a clean engine bay...

My engine bay was completely covered with dirt after wheeling in the mountains last weekend. I hosed it down and wiped it with a rag to get most of the dirt off. Then I used whole can of Gunk Foamy engine cleaner, rinsed after ten minutes. Dried the engine bay with an air compressor. Then used a whole can of Gunk Engine Degreaser. Rinse well after ten minutes

Recovered and added some really thick foam padding to my armrest. Cost $4 for vinyl and a had the foam. Much better.

I've been considering doing this myself, my armrest has nothing left. Any pictures of the finished product installed?

Started on my timing belt, seals, water pump, pulleys, tensioner etc etc...noticed a slight wobble on crank pulley / harmonic balancer and it was as I guessed, barely tight crank bolt and now my harmonic balancer and woodruff key are toast and need to be replaced, crank is good though no damage. Hoping to get the timing gear off in once piece but it has some rust and I have a now one in order so I'm not holding out on it.

If you take your time and have a second set of hands it's pretty easy.

Finally pulled the OME shocks off the front. I spent 15k miles trying to convince myself they weren't that harsh, but gave in in the end.

Swapped the 883s over onto some Tundra 5100s and now it's nice and smooth up front. :bounce:

They are some spot Kawell bars from Amazon ($24 each). Just got them wired up and pretty impressed with them. They are the only lights on in this picture besides my dim corner lights

Indeed, I tried to avoid spraying my fuse box, wires, etc. Used fairly low water pressure to rinse

Yes they will be on their own switch. Working on building an overhead switch panel.
