Must be humid over there? Not much humidity out here in California's Central Valley and mine will get down to 39* when the humidity is low.
If it's not humid where you are, you might want look deeper into why your a/c temp is not going lower.
Right now it's about 99/100* @ 14% humidity and my a/c is blowing @ 40* while idling in a parking lot.
Mid-Atlantic humidity is killer. ~70% when those measurements were taken.

Yup I agree sir. Plus uniball is known for sqeek. Just try WD40 Because it's thinner then dry lube. I did it to mine and the sqeek went away. Because it was embarrassing lol. Everyone looking at you at the light. Like what's wrong with your truck.

And WD40 attracts dirt & shortens the life of the uniball. I use a Teflon based dry lube & my uniballs have never squeaked once.

I sprayed some dry lube on my inner CV boots. Hope they last longer.

Just got my new toy a Foseal wireless scan tool also purchased Dash Command App for $9.95. Used it had some initial issue because the tool had no instructions but after muddling thru managed to see if the truck had any codes looks none. The App has a lot of bells & whistles but can't really use most with a 15 yr old truck. Anyone out there had better luck?

What are you not getting data from?
The only major thing I don't get is the fuel level, but that's because the fuel gauge doesn't work in my 4Runner to begin with..
It reads and clears codes just fine.
It ain't going to destroy it. The wd40 is thinner so it gets in there. Then I wiped it of with a towel and used dry lube
just that wd40 eliminated the noise. Dry lube attracts dirt to there.

It's better than it was in my Honda Element...
Using an oversized filter (I use a napa gold 1516) and coming in from the wheel well make it much easier.

Yeah, a lot of the functions don't apply to our old trucks. I use mine when wheeling and road trips to keep an eye on the coolant temps. $15 from eBay and I got the Engine Link app because I have IOS (@Arnezie recommended this setup for iPhone). I really wish it read the gas level, but I clock my miles per tank in case the gas guage decides to kick the bucket. My old '96 4Runner gas guage never worked, so it's a habit at this point anyway.

So I'm going to return this POS and try another brand that works with Apple.
So I bought Dash Command I used the wireless option because I have an iPad & iPhone 6 well that didn't work work well I keep getting kick off when toggling from one screen to another or when I even try to get any possible codes. The messages I I keep getting are: 1. "Failed to read emissions monitor status. No OBD-II response. Try increasing thenOBD-II response timeout" So being the dumb grunt that I am I follow instructions well it won't let me increase response timeout. The other idiot message I get is: "You must be connected to the vehicle to perform this operation" well it's connected to the port I can see the blue blinking light. It's part of the issue that keeps kicking out of the wireless network used by the reader.
So I'm going to return this POS and try another brand that works with Apple.

Yeah, I haven't messed with the code stuff yet. I got the wifi version because the Bluetooth ones don't play well with Apple stuff apparently. I have one that looks similar to yours but it's a different brand. I know you have to set up the wifi connection so that it will also allow your LTE for your iphone to work while using your app since your phone thinks your wifi connection is providing Internet data. That could be the issue with your functionality problems.

This is what I use. It's thinner than wd40, no squeeks & no dirt sticks to it.

I'm running 2 Napa MaxDrives now & I need to figure out what to put on them to keep the rubbing to a minimum. I guess you're not using the double sided tape anymore. :bigok:
I used some brand of Wheelersoffroad. Forget what it's called. Something tri flow or something. I use dry lube. Just used wd40 to make the sqeek go away. But I'm look into that lube you just shared. You say it's good?
