Replaced one lower ball joint, one outer tie rod, steering rack bushings, brake rotors and pads. Alignment will be next on the list!

Removed fan and it's clutch, bolted in new electric fans. Have to get 4 bolts so I don't have to use the clutch as a spacer to hold the pulleys on.

Over the weekend I installed some used donahoe coilovers up front, OME 890's and welded in a black widow muffler.

And tonight I bolted in my new shocks.

Finally got my rack done and mounted with my spare. Got my subwoofer wired in and then created a power steering leak while tightening my AC belt... Oh and I caught my leg on fire while doing some of the welding.

Ground down a small piece of metal that my new 265/70/17s were rubbing on at full turn in the front wheel wells behind the tire. In the clear now.

Prepped the new front axle for my 4R. This one has 4.30 gears to match the e-locker rear axle. This weekend this hunk of metal gets swapped into the 4R.

I got my Shrockworks bumper installed on my 2000 SR5! It looks amazing! The fit and finish on this bumper is fantastic. I still need to put in the turn signal lamps and some Baja Designs combo lights I got for auxiliary lighting in the bumper as well.

In Colorado Springs for a course that ended early today. Drove to Garden of the Gods and saw an inviting dirt road. It went up and over the mountain with some beautiful views. I was told by a bicyclist at the top there was a dirt road that went up Pikes Peak but by the time I made it there the road was closed for the day. Sadly, I leave in the morning, heading to Witchita Falls for an air show, so I won't get to explore that trail. Beautiful country for sure, wish I had more time. Good thing is, the wife doesn't know that I've decided to move here in the future after my commitment is up with the USAF...now to decide when and how to tell her:dancin:

I live here!! It's wonderful. I can see my house in your picture. Lol. Bicyclist lied. If your found that dirt road in garden of the gods it's rampart range road. Goes to woodland park and towards Denver but closed.

No dirt roads to pikes peak. It's paved and cost $40 a car load. So many trails here. You will love it here.
