I had a Cherokee. Electrical nightmare. Being totalled in the ditch would have been the best and cheapest thing for it.

Grand or regular?

The Grand Cherokees are known for their electrical gremlins but the regular XJ Cherokee is pretty durable and capable.

Today I had a cargo space full of my old parts! I got these from the dismantler today after waiting a few weeks. Apparently I had one of the worst trucks that they have had to take apart due to the rust. Now, I get to clean most of the parts for reuse, and probably try to sell a couple things. Here's a list of all that I got back (besides what I took off before I sold it to the dismantler):

• Coilovers
• Rear shocks and coils
• Sliders
• Front brake rotors, calipers, and all SS braided lines
• CV axles
• UCAs

Well, I did some important safety tests - needed to make sure that VSC and TRAC were still functioning.

absolutely!! I considered just replacing the bushings but they would have just died a quick death. These should be good for a really long time. Super high quality product. Thank you Front Range off Road Fab. :hatsoff:

Very nice but I am really impressed that all you needed was a crescent wrench (sometimes called a Kentucky Fix All) to complete the work.

Well It already has new 31" all terrains from the previous owner as well as motometal wheels so I guess I'm good there. Are stock suspensions decent on 2000 4Runners or just by my use of it don't need anything better?

It's kind of ironic then, I took my 4Runner to my local Toyota dealership for an oil change and inspection (since I just purchased it used) and the one "red" point on the report was that they wanted to check my front suspension
