Knocked out the full timing belt job, new fan clutch/fan bracket, AC compressor clutch bearing and idler pulley, replaced the radiator I destroyed (another Champion CC1998), URD crank pulley, URD idler pulley, full transmission flush.
It runs like a top.
As an aside, if you need to replace the gaskets around the timing covers, just order part 11328-20020. It's the gasket that will seal up the entire outer timing cover, but since timing cover 2/3 both need material, order that, which gives more than enough gasket to split between them, but is much cheaper than ordering any other gaskets. Also, I wouldn't waste your coin on buying other brands which just refused to stick to the plastic.
For anyone who has the AC whine, which I did (on high it was a freaking jet engine), I'd get a new idler pulley and AC comp bearing. Need to have the radiator out to pull the snap ring from AC comp, but its a 20 minute job with a puller, and made a huge difference.
And, for anyone interested in the URD crank pulley, the Schley 64400 won't help you reinstall it. I ended up using the cam pulley holder (Performance Tool W89208) with a pipe on the end rotated into the driveway. Like.a.glove.
