POR-15 the rear end and frame...halfway there to being fully coated...I’ve got to detail the engine/degrease front end (leaky valve cover gasket replaced last week) before finishing with paint, then Fluid Film.

Finished the design of the a-pillar Scangauge mount, to go along with the Ultragauge mount:

Just say "NO!" to loose Ultragauges and Scangauges .

2/3rds of my URD 7th injector install got knocked out, fuel pump and injector are good to go leaving only the wiring of the box. The fuel tank wasn’t too bad and I only snapped one rusty bolt.

Removed the old crusty rubber body mounts and swapped in energy suspension poly body mounts. Also installed 4crawler 1" body lift. Had a very stiff steering after lift, but loosened and adjusted the splined shaft a bit and boom perfect, tightened everything up and buttoned it up and next weekend I'll start on the eimkeith rear bumper. I'm pumped and can't wait! Sorry no pics boo.

Nice work! Are you brushing it on or spraying?

Brushing the POR-15 on (wear long sleeves, and gloves, it will not come off my skin), I plan on spraying the Fluid Film.

Today I pulled the front two skid plates and painted the undersides....My buddy is coating his fenders/wheel wells with stuff called Herculiner.....I may try to snag some for the bottom of the skids.

took me the whole weekend but it's done and i'm pretty happy with the result. messed up a little on one of the bottom tabs for the grill but still looks decent, headlights went pretty smooth but i wish i could have gotten the lock nuts a little tighter. who knows maybe i'll rip them open again to black out the whole headlight and make a tool to use on the lock nut. now i just need a new bumper.

Did the driver side rear axle oil seal, bearing, and complete brake rebuild.

Right rear will be tomorrow.

Huge thanks to “Timmy the Toolman” videos on YouTube and this forum as well for the easy “how to”

New backing plates were painted with POR15 as well as the new wheel cylinders. Full rebuild kit from Rockauto.

Also some new LC Tokico shocks installed last week.

Could be unique. Could you Photoshop or crop some color on a picture of your rig with that wheel color? Post it up if you get to!

Getting everything ready for the bumper install. Welded all the nuts on today and painted the f-150 tank mounts which will be welded on tonight after work.

Replaced bad steering rack bushings with new Energy set...thank for the video help Timmy ! Then took it for a test 4wd thru the wash where I walk the dog. Crossing the RR tracks I see a car with 2 front wheels in the tracks, there are no streets around, tracks are ~10" high, it's stuck. I call the sheriff and tell her EXACTLY where it is, 5 minutes later no sheriff so I call again and am on the phone when Mr Train arrives.... boom ! Big cloud of dust, car spins and flips...pretty awesome to behold after not finding anyone in the car. I tell the conductor I'm going tot he nearest street to wait for the sheriffs....and wait...
The site isn't accessible with their vehicles I give two of them a ride on my Stubbs sliders and they hand onto the roof rack( I had my dog in the car and he would bite them, he's a rescue, what you going to do ?). They said thanks, we need 4runners ! I said make sure you get a 3rd generation.
