What did you do to your Classic today?

Hey ya'll, I don't think we have one, so I thought of starting one.

Today : rear main seal was leaking, my front drivers wheel cyl popped, rear passengers axle seals on the wheel started leaking axle fluid through it. So, fixing the leak, putting a new clutch in while the tranny is out, redoing all 4 wheels & brakes, new rear pads, and new cv axle boots.

Everything was already rebuilt on my truck, so all I need to do now is order all new hoses. Woo!

I dropped mine off to get the power steering pump replaced. I'm glad I didn't tackle it myself, because their having a hard time getting the pulley off. Gotta let it soak overnight I guess. Also have about $800 worth of steering linkage, idler arm, and other related parts & labor that might need to be replaced. Glad the engine is fine right now though.

I haven't done anything on my Runner per-say, but I did some stuff FOR it. I got a set of factory enkei tacoma wheels cleaned up. My 31x10.50 road tires are going on them. The factory steelies are going to get paired up with a set of 32x11.50 Swamper SSRs.

I also picked up a pair of brand spanking new CV shafts (with boots) and new front shocks. I guess I still need to get new balljoints and tierod ends before I start tearing everything apart.

Cleaned, primed and painted a oil pan I got from a buddy. Taking it in tomorrow to get it installed along with some other much needed nagging repairs I've been putting off for too long...

Removed my broken center armrest console and relaced it with an ammo can and put some padding and vinyl on top. Works great!

The plan is to have two sets of wheels/tires. One for hunting season and trailriding and the other for everyday road use.

After I get the CVs changed out, I will either go after some 4XI sliders or manual hubs. Haven't decided on that yet.
