Waayyyyyyy too bright! Had to turn down my screen brightness to look!

Wired em up today. The s1's are pretty bright for how small they are. Just need to swap out switches tomorrow so I can put into oem slot and zip tie harness to frame and such. I see am S pod type of thing in the future, would love to tidy up my wiring.

Great job bro! Just got mine done too! Gonna add some baja s1s in the corners right under the taillight tomorrow. The rear is starting to get dialed in.

Yeah I wanted to get rid of the low hanging hitch, ended up notching into the cross member and placing a new hitch in it.

wired new switch into oem slot and re routed the harness more properly today. Done with that project, next is back up camera in spoiler.

Would definitely like to see more on how you tied that tire carrier in behind the stock plastic pieces. I don’t think I’ll ever have a spare tire back there but I always like seeing how other people build things. Semi jealous of how high your hitch is but I like that I still have towing capability lol

Haha ask and you shall receive. Yeah I don't plan on any towing. Most likely just for my bike rack/bicycles.

The weather was too crazy in SD today and I wasn't able to paint like I wanted to. But ended up installing the meso customs hitchpod with another baja s1 since it came in today. Just waiting on the locking hitch pin to come in to complete it. Install was really simple. Like 10 mins tops. I'm pretty happy with how it turned out.

Installed a Derale temperature sensitive valve that bypasses my Hayden external transmission cooler unless the fluid temp tops 180° F. Thanks to [MENTION=78997]Drcoffee[/MENTION] for posting on this method of ensuring the transmission fluid isn’t overcooled.

Went out and did the Poverty Gulch trail near Mt. Carmel Junction just outside Zion NP. Got into some snow a lot of mud a little sand and some rocks towards the bottom near the East Fork of the Virgin River. At least it’s consistent 3 of 3 upside down whoop!

Took the first real road trip with the new Truck. Was a very short trip (24 hours there and back). Drove around 270 miles to the coast for our half anniversary and drove back. Lots of curves on the way there and then drove a different route home which was mostly interstate. MPG's were not the best but overall really am enjoying the new vehicle.

Installed the new wide angle driver mirror glass, and then finally got her down to the beach for a camping trip.

The new suspension and tires worked out great, as did the window covers and hatch release button.

I do need to think about a transmission cooler if I'm gonna be in soft sand a lot but that's about it.

I started the back up camera install and realized I can't stick my hand inside of the spoiler. I believe you can do it with the oem spoiler but I got mine off of Ebay. Ran all the wires and started putting all the panels back together. I think I am just going to mount it on my molle rack that I use as an attic.
