What did you do with your 4runner today?

mine just cranks soo slow. its kinda sad lol

Mine did that last winter, then the battery died... was the stock panasonic battery with 165k miles on it so I figured it was time. Might want to check your battery just to be safe though. I had to get jumped a couple times on really cold mornings before I replaced it. Was really strapped for cash last winter.

i just put a multimeter on it, battery is doing ok, now that its 11* it fires right up

New Windshield today! 4 out of my last 5 cars have gotten a chip in the lower pass side in the black part that obviously I do not see, then the weather turns cold and CRACK! Honda Civic, Mazda3, Subaru Legacy (Still own) and now the 4Runner.....

Also going to install new cabin filter. I think it may be the culprit why my vents do not blow very hard....

Getting fresh oil change and rotation!


ANNNNND....gonna pay on of the detail guys to buff it out! Nothing like a fresh waxed ride when its 0 degrees out! (And having a place to stash it so it won't freeze!

Tell me about it. It was so cold here lately. Temps for the past week are in the mid 50's.. It can even drop into the 40's in the morning. So cold I had to use my defrosters to defrost the fogged up side mirrors. Its a struggle every morning sitting in the truck for it to warm up a bit. It sucks because the truck takes longer then the heated seats to toast my ass.. Winter should never this cold.. I also have trouble keeping my coffee mug warm by the time I finish my commute to work. Do you guys have a solution? HAHAHAHAHAHHAHA:flamethrwoer2:

So that's what the heavy duty boots from CVJ look like, let us know how they sit after install, had to do the boot slide mod on mine(regular boots) after install, because of the lift and the angle of the cv all the fins on the boots were rubbing!
