Can you open the hood with it that close? On my first bumper I made that mistake and put a lightbar in the same location, welded on the brackets only to realize my hood was stuck closed.

LMAO.... And here I wanted to meet up with you and go over/ help me with a rear bumper design.

Had to go there Jake, I still laugh at some of the things I've done in the past.

Just wanted to post up a few things ive done to my Runner,
I have a 1993 toyota 4runner, 22r

Today I added the ipad floor mount on the passenger seat.
goes ok, ill be great for off-roadin' looking at the maps on it

I installed some metal meshing across the back quarter panels, so I could attach stuff like rope and have a gun holder, tools and so much more....

Will be so much better when im out camping and not having stuff rolling around on the floor

Neat! How deep do those screws go? The only concern I'd have is that plastic paneling not being up to snuff in an accident. Granted you are not loading it up to heavily though.

The mesh is bolted onto the paneling,

i used an inch long bolt, and then wight he grinder i cut them back flush with the nut on the back when i tightened them up. the only difficult part was having to line the top bolts up with the roof part of the chassis, but luckily enough there is some big open parts on the chassis that i lined the bolts up to slide in. so it worked out great.
Ill never be loading it up heavy just to carry like a length of rope some hand tools and odds and sods

yeah its right hand drive, I'm from Melbourne, Australia, My very first car was a 1991 4Runner SR5 v6. I spent 8k on buying it and then spent another 8k in mods and then sold it for 8k haha. I have regretted it ever since, that thing was a beast, if i can find some pics of it ill post them up. so now 5 years later i finally got another one and I'm loving it.
About 8 months ago, i started with a cell phone and traded it up all the way to the 4runner the one i have now. Well worth it i tell ya

Greased drive shaft; replaced fog light; installed scangauge ii! 109 bucks at Advanced with the online $50 coupon.

Good to turn a wrench after work a bit, bad that it didn't fix the driveline click.

Got it aligned after the minor lift, flushed power steering. Installed new Infinity front components and rear 2 way speakers to replace the JBL. I installed there 3 ohm ones. Sound amazing. Just need to do the sub now and it will be completed.
