What did you do with your 4runner today?

Changed the LCA bushings up front thanks to ZachAttack's write up... I don't recommend it to anyone who is impatient or easily frustrated, but it wasn't that bad. About 8 hours long, but the work wasn't terribly difficult or technical.

Also raised my COs about 1/2" to make it more level as the front was a bit too low after slowly settling.

Ordered some new tires from Discount Tire on Saturday.

Went with Cooper Discoverer AT3s in the stock 265/65/17 size.

Kinda regret not going to a slightly larger 265/70/17. :/

Tempted to call and see if they can change the order but they're probably already on the truck by now.

Discount tire is a great company

Call them and change the order. Buy what you want, it is your money.

I got my Goodyear tires there at a great price because someone had bought them, had them mounted and then changed their mind and got a different size.

Found the squeak in my rear axle!!!



It was my lower link. Got hit on a rock a few months ago.



I bent it out with a universal persuasion device and a screw driver.

Yea it's sad cause she's a 5 year old lab and I have to carry her up stairs at night cause her joints get so stiff
